Speaking of Complete Form, I did notice that you didn't include Hyper Form in your M&M Kabuto?

No, indeed I didn't. I don't really like statting out super forms that much, it feels like I'm crippling my character for some reason when they can access a super form anytime but don't. Like for Chalice, that bumped up the overall PL to 12 when he normally only fights at PL 10.

If you want to try your hands at it you can always add it yourself. :)

Anyway, I'll give Decade a try because I'm curious how I'll do it.

Comments:
Decade turned out easier than I'd feared, mostly because I didn't bother listing out the Attack Rides and Final Form Rides though. :P

I don't know if it would be bias, but I decided to put Decade a half level ahead of the normal curve by making his normal form come in at PL 10.5 while his Complete Form weighing in at a full PL 12.

A modest Shapeshift power mimics Kamen Rides, which can be distilled to simple modifications to Decade's normal form. A large VPP is used to represent the assortment of Attack Rides Decade uses, one power at a time. I've made it large enough to mimic the most costly power I have so far, Kabuto's Clock-Up.

Shapeshift and VPPs are wonderful and powerful things, and normally I'd keep the reins tight on whomever would use the power in a game. But, since I'm just statting for accuracy I don't give much of a toss.

Also, I forgot to mention how that I didn't give any riders any special sensory powers. They are mentioned in the official site's specifications, but are nearly never shown in the show aside from special forms like Kuuga Pegasus.

It will probably need conversion work, but most of the powers are built and operated very similar to 2nd edition.

G3X shouldn't be difficult, but G4 I'll have to see if the neuro interface thing requires any interesting abilities.
