Cirno watches through the 80s

On 26 (going to sleep so, I'll watch tomorrow) and... um... I'm guessing this is the ...Ramen Jigen episode of the show?

PUMPKIN PEOPLE!!

I think the only thing that would've made this episode even better is if the Rolling Vulcan had shot out kitchenware or vegetables or something.

Yay, the scene in 28 where the Flashman are protecting the kids near that cave used the flute BGM that I adore so much. ^_^

That said, this ep. didn't need the mech fight. It would've been just as good if they had killed Garus via Rolling Vulcan spams than using Flash King.

Considering how hard they likely had to fight for the episodes between Flash King and Flash Titan in which there were no giant robot fights at all, they likely had no choice but to keep the mecha action going for the rest of the series no matter what.

Can someone explain what exactly Nefelaura did with the tiki heads and the red\blue world? It seems it had something to do with the Flashman's pasts but, I didn't quite catch the specifics.

Ah yeah, that's true. Bandai, the looming cloud of ¥¥¥ strikes even back then too. :shakefist

Well, considering that Bandai's bankrolling this whole operation, I can't get too mad at them for wanting their product promoted on a regular weekly basis.

She used her newfangled powers to cause Flashman to mentally feel and relive the trauma of being kidnapped -- they just filmed it in that funky, weirdo style that was so popular at the time, usually with Metal Heroes. (See: the gratuitous appearance of those heads.)
