Time to take on the first entry in the serious era of super sentai and first entry to get a proper release outside of Asia best known as Bioman.



"Anything changing?"

Likely not, 17 parts 3 episodes each like last time complete with nicknames and monsters of the week!

"Meison or Mason?"

Mason

"You are using subs this time, right?"

Correct! Whether or not I'll see it like that in its entirety or not depends on GUIS.

"But the dub!"

I like dubs.

"You do realize this is a fan favorite, right?"

So was Sun Vulcan, I will still criticize it when it does not make sense.

"Opinions when?"

After episodes 11, 36, and the end.

"Anything else we should know?"

Some time between my take ons of Sun Vulcan, Goggle-V, or Dynaman apparently Daidenzin got added in Dice-O.

"Will Changeman follow this?"

Probably.

"What about the movie?"

Considering it aired the same day as episode 24 it will likely be taken on between parts 8 and 9.

"Will this go at a steady rate?"

Likely, but I want to finish a few things up over the next week and prepare for my final semester of college, so daily this likely will not be.

Episode 1:

This intro has nice 80s cheese. In Antarctica's barren wasteland is not The Thing, rather Neo-Cloud, home of the New Gear Empire. Here Dr. Man introduces Kabuto Kans. After that he and his cronies march down the fall with text introducing Mason, Farrah, and Monster with mechaclones cheering. Also introduced are Messerbeast, Psygorn, Mesler, Juo, and Aquaiger. In his lab Dr. Man proclaims how great/smug he is and wants to target the Japanese city of Technotopia 21. Kabuto Kans heads out in a giant pod assisted by mirage fighters (which according to SuperSentai.com apparently forgot to note these exist, had to find their names from the Japanese wikipedia article). Cut to some snowy mountain where BR appears from a giant crack. The next say we are introduced to Technocity 21 which apparently has scholars and stuff. A ray BR uses stuns a parachuter as he is falling. After that Mason and Messler appear with a garrison of mechaclones to screw things over by proclaiming the New Gear Empire is claimed by Dr. Man. Three mirage fighters appear and fire lasers from the nose while mechaclones fire runs that shoot small rockets- HOLY CRAP THE BLOOD! Messler fires eye beams while flying around and almost kills parachute guy. Kabuto Kans is left with destroying the area which causes so many random explosions- Oh hey its BR! He picks up the stunned parachuter followed by some woman on a rooftop, a guy with a helmet trying to avoid mirage fighters, some guy jetskiing, and a biker chick- WHY ARE YOU TAKING PICTURES INSTED OF RUNNING!? At Neo-Cloud Dr. Man demands Farrah and Monster terminate BR since it is a total unknown. Once the five are put down they are greeted by Pebo who explains that BR came to earth a long time ago and chose them as the new Biomen. She they gives them techno braces so they can tranform. Mason, Messler, and Mechaclones appear with the mooks on the offensive. They try fighting back, but flunk badly- HEY BIKER CHICK PUT THE CAMERA DOWN! Pebo tells them to use the techno braces and the parachuter does so, become Red 1! Following is the car driver into Green 2, the jetskiier into Blue 3, the biker as Yellow 4, and random woman as Pink 5.

Mason asks what the hell (seriously, GUIS translated it like that) and Pebo tells Mason they will protect the earth from him. Rocket guns fail to do anything to their armor and the team begins to beat the hell out of the mechaclones with superior strength, jumping, speed, and fighting skills. Pebo cheers them on until she is briefly attacked by a mecha clone. Red 1 is told to use his bio sword which terminates the hell out of a mechaclone which Pebo explains are enslaved people of New Gear. She then explains that they have super computers in their helmets which they use to.... withdraw their bio swords- HOLY CRAP RED 1 SET HIS ON FIRE! Messler pops in with Red 1 using the super computer as a radar to detect where Messler is going and shoots him with the bio sword's gun mode.... With the shot not on screen. Pebo tells them to use the Bio-electron via super computer brain combining. The bio swords glow and touch one another form a laser wave called the Miracle Laser. Mason calls for Kabuto Kans and Pebo tells them to board BR. Kabuto Kans starts out relentless with Yellow 4 wimping out. B4 then proceeds to kick him and gets out the Super Maser Sword. Shortly after the sword is encased in energy called the Super Laser and uses a stab attack called the Straight Flash which blows up Kabuto Kans. Dr. Man is PO'd, saying he will defeat them. The heroes exit BR, most of them thanking Pebo, but Yellow 4 does not care as she walks away angry her camera is busted. Next episode shows lots of fighting.

Episode 2:

D. Man is tired of Mason complaining and zaps him. Farrah is sent out to find out about the Biomen. Cut to Red 1 and Pink 5 flying Bio Jet 1 while Green 2 and Blue 3 fly Bio Jet 2. Yellow 4 uses this time to bike around until she is forced off by a strange force, specifically Farrah, Farrah Cat, and Psygorn. Farrah demands answers and Yellow 4 does not cooperate. Farrah Cat jumps in and fights her one on one. Farrah Cat then uses a pair of nunchaku in each hand, but Yellow 4 tries running. Psygorn stops her and sends her up with telekinesis. She is slammed into a cliff and Bio Jet 1 detects her bio particles. Green 2 and Blue 3 use the Bioturbo Car- HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET DOWN THERE!? Psygorn tries using mouth flames, but Red 1 and Pink 5 shield her and escape via Bioturbo Car. The others ask about Yellow 4 and she says her brother was a cameraman that loved the nature of Africa. Red 1 says she should be touched by Pebo's story before showing her the Bio Base which is insider of a cave. Yellow 4 is amazed and Red 1 explains how she and BR came to earth 500 years ago. Pebo explains that planet Bio was scientifically advanced, but became war-like with the final inhabitants wanting to protect Earth because of some old legend that Earth was the best. Five youngsters were chosen to become Biomen during medieval Japan and BR showered them with bio particles to become warriors of justice.... Or at least their descendants, making this philosophically tied with Destiny. Meanwhile, Farrah has Psygorn go on a telepathic attack while mirage fighters fly around. Red 1 convinces her that if they don't do something Africa will be boned too so she transform with the others following. Yellow 4 thanks Pebo before running off.

The team heads for Biodragon which has its own escelator (nifty!) and flies off. Mirage fighters gonna laser fire until Biodragon fires its own lasers to blow them to pieces two at a time. Devil Kans is sent out from Neo-Cloud which I will call NC from now on to make typing quicker. The heroes confront Farrah with intros and mechaclones getting the smackdown. Less martial arts and more sword play in these grunt fights. Farrah Cat goes after Pink 5 until Yellow 4 dives down for a rematch. Psygorn joins in to send the girls back, but the men fend him off. Psygorn teleports around while the super electron brains notice he isn't teleporting, rather using holograms, and Red 1 manages to shoot him down. After that the team uses a bunch of flip attacks called the Big Revolver which stuns Psygorn. Dr. Man has Devil Kans sent out (I thought he already was!), the team boards Biodragon, it flies and opens up, Bio Jets 1 and 2 launch, they both fire some lasers at Devil Kans, and BR is formed. Both giants go melee happy until BR uses the Super Maser and uses a slice called the Dashing Beam to destroy Devil Kahns. The episode ends with everyone enjoying the scenery- I did not know Pink 5 played a flute. Next episode shows BR not moving, Monster attacking, and Blue 3 being injured.

Episode 3:

Bio Jets 1 and 2 practice. At NC Dr. Man tells Farrah and Psygorn to be ashamed before zapping them. Monster boasts a bit and Dr. Man walks off. Gorilla Kans is sent out while Monster wonders about his turn. Cut to Bio Base where BR's radars and head movements are checked. After that BR is washed down. Green 2 mentions how much he is good with cars when Gorilla Kans appears to wreak havoc. BR is sent out and goes straigh for melee with kung fu. I know BR looks like Daimos, but I did not expect him to act as Daimos. Gorilla Kans then goes ax crazy and BR stops functioning. Green 2 checks and it turns out one of his tools damaged a circuit so he uses his own body as a current which soon stuns him. Blue 3 tries to wake him up to no avail. The team lifts him outside where he is unconscious. Dr. Man loses sight of BR and sends Monster after him. Red 1 gets medical kit from Pebo before heading out on Bio Mach 1. Suddenly an ax is thrown and Monster shows up to fight Red 1. Juo helps Monster soon after as the two proceed to throw Red 1 around. The one sided fight goes on for a while until Juo accidentally hits Monster, allowing Red 1 to literally jump away. He finds the medical kit and runs off until Monster throws his Monster Tomahawk, sending him off a cliff.

The other slook after Green 2 with Pink 5 bringing back some herbs to help him. Meanwhile, Red 1 remembers what Pebo said as he notes he can understand what a stray dog is saying. Monster and Juo show up with mechaclones so he transforms before running off. He finds a cat that tells him a short cut followed by a random bird. Also the narrator mentions how Biomen can run up to 120 kilometers per hour. Mirage fighters appear to fire lasers while the others give Green 2 some crushed herbs which make him regain his senses. Pebo tells them Red 1 is in danger and they transform. Monster and Juo proclaim Red 1 is screwed when the others show up in the Bioturbo Car and Bio Mach 2. This is soon followed by intros and mechaclones being beaten up. Juo fires missiles from the fingers on his right hand before Monster charges in. Both villains laugh and the heroes use something called the Scramble Attack which is running around very fast so the two hit one another. They then use an attack called the Miracle Bomber which emits surges from the bio swords. Gorilla Kans finds BR and proceeds to attack it. The team jumps in and Green 2 opens the kit to reveal a new part- I thought this was first aid! Whatever, BR is back to normal and punches away at Gorilla Kans. BR uses the Super Maser, moves very fast, and jumps around kung fu style before using the Super Maser Concentration, a vertical slice and stab strike. At NG Dr. Man zaps Monster and Juo before cursing the Biomen. Next episode shows people axting weird and fighting.

Toku Spider-Man has returned to Marvel.com! While this Spider-Man gets an appearance in the comics here is part 2!

Episode 4:

Scientists go around a lab with one being a mechaclone that self destructs, destroying the national research building. Mason constructs more mechaclones with Farrah and Monster complaining only for Dr. Man to shut them up via talking. Cut to Red 1 talking to animals with a pigeon telling him unusal news in town so he gets on his motorcycle and goes to town. He asks a random street cop because.... The cop says everything is normal unaware he was really an agent of Mason. Red 1 than does what he should have done and asks specifics from the pigeon when it is suddenly killed by a red bolt of energy. Green slime goes up a train and forms into Metsler. When the mechaclones appear Red 1 transforms. Metsler turns into his ghost form (the slime) and sneaks up on Red 1. The others drive over in a hurry with Metsler using electric shocks from his saber to stun Red 1 before running off. The team helps him up and Pink 5 feels bad for the pigeon. Yellow 4 suggests avenging it by going to the mysterious town. Red 1- you know what? Screw it the heroes are all being called by their first letters and numbers from now on to make typing easier. R5 runs into the cop who soon fights him and reveals he is a mechaclone. He is soon taken out and R5 warns the team. G2 and B3 are attacked soon after with exploding mooks. Y4 saves P5 from an attempted attack. After that we see scientists enter another research building with mechaclones knocking out people they imitate. R5 encounters a pigeon that knew 001 before it flies off and he sneaks around a facility with mechaclones guarding it. After taking two out he sneaks in and encounters Mason making the grunts before transforming. After a few mechaclones go down Mason says the Super Energy Research Facility is their next target and the building blows up because of his electric javelin. R5 then tells the others.

The heroes ponder about how to sneak into the facility and Peebo tells them to use their super electron brains. G2 uses his super electron scope to spot a mechaclone. He promptly takes it out and B3 spotting one with the super electron ear (how does that work?). After R1 punches another out Metsler shows up to fight. The Biomen do their intros and attack mechaclones. Metsler fires eye bolts, confirming he killed the pigeon, and sneaks around in ghost form (so he teleports?). B3 tries finding him via super electron ear and G2 users the scope to spot him. R5 shoots him and the Bio Electron is used to perform circus loops and flying kicks. Dr. Man is fed up and sends out Beetle-Kans. Bio Dragon is launched from the hanger, the team jumps into it, Bio Jets 1 and 2 launch, and BR is formed after dealing with mirage fighters via laser fire. I just noticed that this is the first sentai series neither protagonists or antagonists use physical ammunition for their aircraft. Anyway, BR takes Beetle-Kans's attacks easily and retaliates with a super kick and a Super Maser attack aided by a super jump called the Chainsaw Cutter which is basically a decapitation attack. The episode ends with the narrator saying how G2 and B3 have special abilities like R1's animal talking as the heroes ride away. Next episode shows Monster in a suit and sunglasses and some guy in a white suit.

Beetle-Kans: Powers include eye lasers and left arm and head horns

Episode 5:

People in a city think gold will rain with G2 thinking it is stupid. Monster is escorted by a corvet while wearing a tuxedo and tells the crowd where to find gold. G2 follows him soon after with Monster noticing. Soon G2 enters the gated mansion he is in and tells R1 and P5 about it. Bio Jet 1 encounters gold on their cockpit and accidentally hit a mecha giant (what the Kans are officially designated as). It leaves while G2 spies on Monster watching people flip their minds over gold coins. Dr. Man talks about how easy humans are easy to corrupt via greed and how he will rule the upcoming "Vice City". Monster thinks Mummy-Kans is doing a bang up job and G2 is attacked by Juo.... Shouldn't we be introduced by that fifth beastnoid now? Anyway, mechaclones flunk at combat while Juo goes wrecking ball crazy while being clumsy. G2 notices the house is empty. Cut to Bio Base where everyone talks about the gold not coming up on radar and Monster's sunglasses being linked. After that some punk with a mohawk plays arcade games that all use Donkey Kong sound effects. Eventually some guy in a while suit wants to take his coins so the punks in the arcade try to fight him and fail comedically.... This series is supposed to be dark, right? Some kid later follows white suit guy and imitates him stealing drinks and harassing women. Soon we find out this guy is G2 in disguise when some school girl takes him to a train yard and tells him to get out of the city because she is the older sister of copycat guy. Insert "you corrupt my brother blah blah" crap and the punks show up again only to get beaten. Imitator boy, named Makoto tries helping, only to distract G2 who is stomped on. Once the older sister mentions the cops the punks flee. Two other guys show up revealing to be mechaclones catch G2.

The others run around for a while unaware G2 is being beaten up by Juo for Monster's amusement before he decides to throw a few punches. However, clumsiness allows G2 to take Monster's sunglasses and run like hell through.... A giant concrete tube yard? The New Gear Empire pursues and the others soon show up missiles from their vehicles a go. This is followed by intros and mechaclones are quickly terminated. Monster and Juo show off hulking strength with the former using giant concrete pipes. P5 uses a barrier and G2 uses an energy boomerang before the team uses the Bio Electron to fire their bio electron beams from their bio swords. Both teleport off and G2 uses the sunglasses to spot Mummy-Kans. Red has Peebo launch Bio Dragon, the team jumps aboard, Bio Jets 1 and 2 launch, and BR is formed from them combining. Mummy-Kans uses invisibility powers to trick BR in combination with super speed until G2 spots him. The Super Maser is used to slice his bandages away, making him visible. However, Mummy-Kans uses the bandages to blind BR. The Super Maser Concentration used is soon after a quick strike which is just a horizontal slice. The episode ends with the others laughing at G2 having a black eye complete with Y4 taking a group picture. Next episode shows Farrah with a box and Y4 fighting her.

Mummy-Kans: Powers include invisibility granting bandages that are mentally controlled, gold coin spreading, and speed

Episode 6:

At Neo-Cloud Dr. Man has Rhino-Kans sent out. Y4 spots his flying capsule crash into a mountain which was part of Dr. Man's plan. The team soon finds out the mountain it crashed near was Mount Onibibi, famous for UFO sightings (I have no idea if this is true in real life). Gotta love sudden night to day switches (unless it was dawn). Cut to Y4 motorcycling to the crash site when she hears something underground. Rhino-Kans builds something underground and when Y4 tries to investigate poison gas appears and it turns a random fish to bones. y4 continues with mechaclones telling Farrah about it who is scared the trap will not work. As Rhino-Kans works away Y4 is attacked by Farrah Cat and the two duel on a bridge. They head to some rocks with Farrah watching and Y4 transforming. SSuddenly appearing from the water is the final beastnoid Aquaiger. Farrah stuns Y4 with her electric staff and Aquaigler tries using his harpoon only for R1 to stop him. Once the team is together he then uses.... icicles from the mouth? R1 shoots him into the water with Farrah and Farrah Cat teleporting off. R1 and G2 scold Y4 for leaving without permission. The team hears Rhino-Kans and Y4 walks off on her own because girl power (seriously). She soon fights some mooks guarding a cave while the others try finding Rhino-Kans. Farrah Cat sets up dynamite as Y4 sneaks around. The trap of poison gas is soon ready, but Y4 attacks and disarms the switch before running. Outside she finds herself surrounded.

The others come to save her and jump down. Y4 tells R1 their poison gas plan before throwing the switch and transforming. After this are the intros and mechaclones receiving the smack down with the heroes' various sword powers with fire, hurricane, electric, thunder, and laser swords. Aquaiger reveals in the cave he made a new switch and gives it to Farrah. He then uses a waterspout from his mouth explosive soap bubbles with Y4 countering with energy blasts called the Strobe Flash. Before there was Pokemon using killer bubbles there was this. Anyway, the Bio Electron is used and the team goes with the Miracle Laser to stun Aquaiger. The cave then explodes with black poison gas (it was white before), Farrah laughs while saying everyone in the Kanto region will die, R1 commands Peebo to launch Bio Dragon, it lands, the team escalates up, the carrier takes off, and Bio Jets 1 and 2 launch to become BR. Run on sentence, I know. VR closes the cave with a punch of rocks when cones on chains appear from the ground to shock it. Upon BR being anchored down Dr. Man reveals it was his trap. Rhino-Kans is commanded by him to destroy BR with Y4 feeling guilty. BR eventually gets up from the cone chains and proceeds to crush the mechaclones under it. After Rhino-Kans attacks a bit BR uses the Super Maser and uses the Straight Flash which is an abdomen impale that destroys him. y4 looks at a cliff being mopey when R1 challenges her to a race. Next episode shows a space shuttle, Peebo chained up, and her kidnapped with an alien in blue hair.

Episode 7:

A metal saucer lands in a quarry and Pebo goes out with the Biomen to investigate with police officers investigating it. Pebo recognizes the saucer as a letter from Joy, a blue-haired child from planet Bio. In front of ordinary people she gives everything away and the saucer is caught by Messer Beast. At Neo-Cloud Mason gives Dr. Man the disc and plays it in their table computer. In it is a message from Joy- holy crap its really a boy! Well I was fooled. Dr. Man comes up with a grinchy plan before cutting to R1 riding around looking for Pebo. The others join in soon after as they drive around in circles while Pebo is in the woods, you'd think the cops would take her into custody but whatever. She falls down and remembers her times with Joy and how he knew Bio was ending. Pebo gets up wanting to read the letter. After that we see Joy, somehow coming to Earth, as he is attacked by a soccer team until Pebo scares them off. The two hug a bit at a zoo with the heroes finding them. Pebo introduces them and R1 points out that if Bio was destroyed how was he here. Joy explains cryo sleep in a space ship all this time with nobody aware Mason is watching. As P5 tries to introduce herself he becomes shy and realizes he has few of his memories left. Messer Beast nabs Joy and the heroes transform to save him- Oh wow, environment changing! R1 shoots Messer Beast, but Mason retrieves Joy and fires from his electric staff before teleporting off. At Bio Base Pebo starts breaking down in sadness- WAIT, PEBO IS MALE!? UNLESS GUIS SCREWED UP, THIS MEANS I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG ABOUT GENDER IDENTITY! Anyway, Mason contacts Bio Base via monitors as Joy is hung up like a pinata and tells them where to meet up. Pebo tries going, but the Biomen try to stop her even restorting to chaining him up. The heroes go out as Pebo keeps screaming.

The team rides out and soon arrive at a dam. Missile fly (so they come out from the sides this time instead of the windshield divider) and combat starts. R1 demands Joy be released and when Mason refuses the intros are done and mechaclones get whooped. At Bio Base Pebo uses some console circuits to shock himself which blows off the shackles. Meanwhile, Messer Beast emits mouth lightning (which he calls super sonic cyclones for some reason) which stun the team. Bio Electron initiates and the the Bio Electro Beams fire from their swords. Dr. Man is fed up and sends Isogin-Kans to do rip and tear. Red has Bio Dragon launch, the team jumps in, Bio Jets 1 and 2 got out, and BR is formed. The giants fight as Pebo runs around- WHY IS THERE SNOW!? The Super Maser is used, but Isogin-Kans catches Pebo before anything can be done. Mason teleports nearby and laughs after Isogin-Kans jumps off. Pebo is then thrown into the same jail cell as Joy, unaware it is a mechaclone. The narrator mentions how critical this moment ends and we are left with a cliffhanger. Next episode shows Joy chained up and G2 and B3 sneaking around.

Episode 8:

After a recap of last episode the not-Joy and Pebo are taken to the pinata chains where the former is hung up. Pebo says he will say anything despite not-Joy crying not to, but he gets an electric whip to the legs. Pebo agrees and not-Joy is released. Farrah tells Dr. Man about this who is pleased. Cut to Pebo chained up and taken to a bridge where they head to Bio Base. Bio Jet 1 spots them with the others soon driving over. G2 and B3 manage to stop the garrison and rescue Pebo with P5 busting the chains. R1 fires at them while Pebo looks for Joy. Shortly after the team meets at the bridge and find it odd Joy lost his memories. After that Pebo is about to be caught by mechaclones when the heroes save him- IT WAS ESTABLISHED IN THE FIRST EPISODE THEY HAD NO DEFENSE AGAINST THESE MOOKS IN CIVILIAN FORM! Plus.... POWER TOOLS, REALLY!? I don't expect too much consistency in old toku shows but COME ON! Anyway, R1 scolds Pebo and promises to help as long as he quits crying. New Gear guards the dam in the mean time and Y4 transforms and creates laser holograms called holographs of the heroes and Pebo to distract Mason and Messer Beast. This works for a while the real heroes waltz in. Pebo calls for Joy unaware that not-Joy is spying on them, soon locking them into a room.

The Biomen sneak around and encounter still mechaclones, realizing the place is a factory. Y4 spots construction plans with Joy's picture. Among the plans Pebo finds Joy's letter. The letter says that they are parting ways and that he says goodbye to Pebo as he heads for Earth as Bio is about to explode. Pebo starts sobbing with fake-Joy appears. Pebo tells him to stay away and R1 calls him out. Tearful moments happen with R1 saying not to cry as the fake runs off. He unlocks the door and blows up, hailing Dr. Man. The dam bursts, flooding the area, and Dr. Man sends out Isogin-Kans again. Mason returns with the Biomen ready to fight as R1 gives a speech scolding him before the intros are done and mechaclone whomping occurs. Y4 and P5 share their fights together which takes up a good minute. Messer Beast confronts them only for the Bio Electron to be used which allows them to use the Bio Super Electron, rays from the forehead computer brains because you cannot have enough attacks. Dr. Man curses them and Bio Dragon is summoned by R1, the team escalates up, and Nio Jets 1 and 2 become BR. Both titans go out with Isogin-Kans using forehead guns and surging whips while BR charges the Super Maser and uses eye beams called the Bio Flash before using the Comet Crusher, one really strong vertical strike that ends him. At Bio Base Pebo shows the team a planetarium where he yells to a hologram of Joy and everyone tries cheering Pebo up. Next episode shows B3 playing with twins and fighting New Gear by himself.

Isogin-Kans: Powers include six whip arms that emit energy surges, high jumping, and four machine guns on the head

Episode 9:

Some little girls play jump rope while singing. The ones with the rpe make the others disappear after their eyes flash and they teleport off. At some foggy palace the kidnapped children are given to Farrah who tells the twins to insert the kids into their super computer because they are useful battery cells. Farrah tells her jump rope twwins to get more people and they do just that in broad daylight. Parents start wondering where their children are and even Pebo addresses this to the team. R1 takes is seriously and launches with P5 in the Bio Jet 1 while the other three look on foot. Nothing comes up on radar. Cut to Neo-Cloud where Dr. Man tells his minions the Twin Dolls must not be discovered as his plan is going well. More of these twins singing before we see B3 looking around town and ponders to himself before resting on steps. The twins find him and offer to play jump rope (forcefully) with him agreeing to it. Soon he is teleported off followed by the twins. At Bio Base the heroes find out B3 is missing. He wakes up in the foggy palace room wondering where the hell he is. Suddenly Farrah and Messer Beast show up saying this is a higher dimension created by a supercomputer. Messer Beast fights him with a squad of mechaclones. Farrah Cat soon joins in with Dr. Man watching the fight go on as he says they are collecting data on his fighting style. He soon transforms to help him fight better unaware the super computer is analyzing him. Just before B3 is killed Dr. Man says to spare him and they teleport off. B3 asks why before fainting.

Farrah asks Dr. Man why only to get zapped. He replies with saying he wants to know their recovery time and he wants to know their weakness. After that he sends out Twin-Kans. G2 encourages BR be used even if B3 is not with them so they launch the Bio Dragon followed by Bio Jets 1 and 2 becoming BR. The fight goes straight to melee with Twin-Kans having the upper hand and electric bolt spamming. R1 points out they cannot use their full power without B3 who slowly recovers in the higher dimension and listens to the children in the supercomputer. Dr. Man then tells Farrah and Farrah Cat they can slay B3 now and they proceed to do so with mechaclones and Messer Beast aiding them. B3 demands the kids be released to no avail. According to the narrator he fights at full power. Messer Beast goes in with his electric "cyclones" and fights B3. As he strangles him B3 remembers to blow up the supercomputer, breaks free, and uses a full charge, an electric surge that stuns Messer Beast. This is followed by the bio sword stunning him and destroying the supercomputer which frees the childrena dn destroys the twin dolls. After B3 encourages the kids to run he contacts the others and runs to the fight. BR picks him up and puts him in Bio Jet 2's cockpit.... Somehow. The fight continues, BR charges up, and punches the hell out of Twin-Kans. The Super Maser is used, reflects the electric bolts back at Twin-Kans, and BR ends the fight with a two slice combo called the Dashing Beam. Dr. Man curses the team who ride off- Where did they get that dog and cat? Next episode shows Y4 getting damaged.

Episode 10:

A satellite goes to Neo-Cloud with Dr. Man proclaiming he found anti-bio particles. He says the Biomen and BR will be destroyed by his Bio Killer Gun, a nifty looking sci-fi rifle. Mason is given the rifle before cutting to BR training for new techniques. Chameleon-Kans attacks the stock footage oil refinery and BR walks in to fight him. Mason soon fires- Wait why does it look like a tommy gun now? BR's power is drained and panic starts. Chameleon-Kans uses an energy surge to force the heroes out while BR continues to be punished. Mason shoots at the team with Y4 taking the brunt. Psygorn then levitates her in the air while Mason proves he can't aim well.... And tell them about the anti-bio particles. Also these particles were from Bio and Dr. Man manages to recover ALL OF THEM THROUGHOUT THE UNIVERSE. I.... WHAT!? More gun fire and Biodragon retaliates with laser fire because Pebo is piloting. Biodragon emits some cooling gas from the underside while BR goes down helpless.... Pretty sure this guy had autopilot. Biodragon shoots at Chameleon-Kans and retrieves BR with a pair of tractor or magnetic beams. Later R1 asks a pigeon informant and realizes he cannot communicate with it. The team meets up and realize Y4 is missing. G2 starts getting upset, but R1 tells him to calm down. During this Pebo asks BR where Y4 is only for no response. Soon after we see Y4 still injured at the oil refinery and uses the holograph to use her memories to see the Bio Killer Gun. Pebo soon sees this on BR's radar.

P5 finds Y4 and tries to wake her up. Mason shows up saying there is no escape. Y4 gets up to tank three more shots. Before they are attacked by mechaclones the men show up in their vehicles and take them to some quarry. Y4 tells G2 to stop the car so she can show them the holograph. She notices the gun decrease in energy over time and that it is almost out of ammunition. Mason shows up on a hill saying the exits are blocked as mechaclones and Psygorn march in, the latter using psychic powers to push them around. The team transforms and Y4 takes another three shots. She approaches Mason who continues to fire on her until the gun is empty. Y4 reveals this was his plan while Psygorn summons a bunch of bombs to finish her off. Her team tries to comfort her in her final minutes as she says to believe in their power. The others decide to do their intros and defeat the grunts in slow motion. Psygorn uses flames from one of his three faces soon after, but the heroes endure the flames. R1 uses his bio sword's fire and throws it at Psygorn before Mason flees and calls for Chameleon-Kans. BR shows up with Pebo piloting. BR resumes the fight with Chameleon-Kans and uses the Super Maser to execute the Super Flash, a lot of explosive flashes that stun him. Pebo tries waking Y4 up as BR continues the brawl and R1 reminds them of the new technique in training called the Bio Particle Strike, a horizontal slice that causes Chameleon-Kans to.... disintegrate? The episode ends with the Biomen mourning over Y4's lose of life and BR allows the holograph to show her best memories of her smiling. Kind of weird her costume never comes off. Next episode shows BR under a hill and an archer girl.

Episode 11:

Bio Jets 1 and 2 look for Y4's replacement. Pebo comments about how they cannot find anyone with bio particles. Pebo also says how it is possible BR may not have found all bio particle descendants. Soon one of Dr. Man's capsules appears and out comes Musha-Kans. P5 notices bio-particles were detected. Dr. Man comments about how without Y4 the team is screwed- No they weren't! LIES! Musha-Kans uses his huge saw sword to do maximum damage only to be punched back. The heroes are taken out of BR to find a new Y4 while Pebo pilots BR to distract Musha-Kans.... SERIOUSLY!? Cut to New Tokyo International Airport where the Biomen try finding the person detected with bio particles.... How are they detecting this person exactly? P5 is soon stopped by Farrah and Farrah Cat until an arrow from a random archer distracts them. Metsler and some mechaclones show up to harass P5 with the men appearing soon after and transforming. Archer girl looks impressed as te\hey terminate the mooks. Farrah says they are done for and archer girl lands a hit at Metsler. The villains teleport off while Musha-Kans looks for BR and soon finds it behind a cliff. The heroes are soon meet by archer girl who likes their techno braces. She asks for one, but R1 refuses and goes on about how important their oaths are.

The Biomen run across a quarry when explosions occur randomly with Farrah having her mechaclones on hand. Archer girl returns to deal with them- BULL CRAP! ARROWS!? Metsler appears to kill archer girl, but the Biomen barely save her with R1 scolding her and G2 telling her to go home. The heroes keep moving, even going down a steep hill, while Musha-Kans tries decapitating BR. Pebo detechs bio particles on radar BR gets up before we see archer girl going down the steep hill from earlier. R1 looks at her passport to see her name and finds out she was at Europe all this time. BR walks over and she is impressed. BR picks her up and Pebo confirms she has bio energy. Pebo goes out to greet her and tell the team she is the one. He then gives her a techno brace and becomes the new Y4. Fists are put together, Farrah sees the new Y4 who transforms in front of her, the others follow, and the intros and mechaclone pummeling occur. Metsler soon shows up for illusion powers, but Y4 uses the holographs to find the real one by detecting his heart. She then summons her bio arrow to aim there, stunning him. This is followed by the Bio Electron and everyone fires their Bio Electron Beams from their bio swords in gun form, BR lifts the team up so they can fight Musha-Kans who returns. The Super Maser is used so BR can use its weapon skills and uses uses a stab attack called the Straight Flash, blowing him up. The episode ends with everyone at the Bio Base. Next episode shows G2 having rage issues and a lot of camera shots.

Episode 12:

Kids play soccer at a playground when a large balloon appears. One kid even shows his dad, a cop, who is also amazed by its size. Soon the city starts noticing when it suddenly explodes upon touching a building. The Biomen told this while in Bio Jets 1 and 2 with the latter checking it out. A factory run by Mason and Aquaiger releases another balloon followed by smoke to fool the Biomen. Mason tells Dr. Man how well the explosive balloon plan is going with Farrah and Monster being jealous. The cop from earlier then finds out about the explosive balloons when Aquaiger and his squad is attack. Cut to G2 talking to the cop's son, Kenta, and how his dad has gone missing. Mason is seen making a duplicate of a scientist with a mechaclone when G2 and Kenta are spotted by security. The cop notices this with Mason getting a great idea. After the two are told nobody is there they are attacked by three mechaclones disguised as scientists. They try running when more show up so G2 has Kenta run while he transforms and fights. A mechaclone of the cop shows up to aid the mechaclones. G2 finds out their true identity and stops holding back. Kenta sees the duplicate of his dad exploding and calls G2 a murderer. Mason finds this amusing as the shock leaves G2 hurt even when he returns to Bio Base- WHY THE HELL ARE YOU NOT RETURNING TO THAT FACTORY!? G2 and B3 fight a bit with the former still mopey. After that Mason tells his plans to Aquaiger as mechaclones go around giving exploding balloons. R1 tells G2 to snap out of it and the team heads out. The heroes fight off a squad of mooks on a playground (same one from earlier?) with very silly choreography. More mechaclones disguised as scientists appear with knives, but G2 still cannot hit them because loltrauma. Aquaiger hits G2 with his harpoon which stuns him. He then tells R1 how he cannot beat them so they retreat.

At Bio Base R1 follows G2 and calls him out as he does not know what to do. After that G2 heads out to the factory LIKE HE SHOULD HAVE DONE EARLIER and spots mechaclone guards. He sneaks around steahtfully for a bit Sam Fischer style before finding where the explosive balloons and jail cell are located. G2 busts a wall down and tells off Mason about ruining Kenta's feelings while the civilians are chased out and Aquaiger uses his explosive soap bubbles. The others show up to help him and once the civilians are away they lead the New Gear Empire to some hills for intros and mechaclone wailing. Aquaiger goes bubble happy and- STOCK FOOTAGE OF HIM JUMPING INTO THE LAKE FROM HIS LAST APPEARANCE? REALLY!? G2 uses his energy boomerang to get him out of the water followed by the Bio Electron allowing the Miracle Laser. Mason calls out Hammer-Kans who was the device used for the explosive balloons. R1 calls for Biodragon and Bio Jets 1 and 2 take off once they are in and become BR. The giants fight with Hammer-Kans using his melee powers until the Super Maser is used and allows the Chainsaw Cutter to end him. The cop finds Kenta and upon reuniting the boy says thank you to G2. The episode ends with the team waving as the camera zooms out. Next episode shows Y4 practicing archery with the narrator mentioning her in the Olympics.

Not counting episode 12 in this. The continuity errors are bad, I dare say the worst of the franchise so far. Not even just standard Toei bad editing, you do not establish your mooks only being taken out by rangers in uniform in the first episode and then have them defeated with power tools and arrows. At least with tail soldiers from Dynaman you can say the heroes learned martial arts over time and were surprised during their first encounter. Here the mechaclones display their armor! Also there are a lot of finishing moves to keep count of, not an error, just a nitpick. Then I have to ponder as to why there are ten villains in the cast since most of them don't even do much beyond the plans and fight scenes. With that all said THIS SERIES IS AWESOME! I like the action, I like the rangers, I like the villains and how their motives make somewhat sense ("hey that robot is a threat to us and has unique technology, I want to study and destroy it!" makes sense since Dr. Man is a scientist), I like the lack of useless side characters, I like the writing, and I dare say this is the best music in the franchise thus far! I will reserve my thoughts on the team until next time which all I can say for now is that P5 could use a couple episodes to balance it out with the men each getting one (G2 could use two, but since he gets one in ep 12 I'll just keep the statement basic). I especially won't comment on both Y4 incarnations until later. I can definitely see why Burkion considers this his favorite sentai, consider me hooked! This might end up being my favorite sentai depending on how the balance goes.

Episode 13:

A bunch of people wearing white practice archery when one coach notices Y4 is not among them. The coach asks some archer named Hayase who knows she was practicing for the Olympics too much to waste the ooportunity and tries finding her. Cut to the Biomen going to a lab called the Extraterrestrial Metal Development Facility to get a super steel called U-BN that New Gear is after. Meanwhile, at Neo-Cloud Monster inspects Shark-Kans and Dr. Man has it fire a super ceramic beam from its eyes. This causes Monster, Messer beast, and five mechaclones to gave their bodies reinforced. After that New Gear breaks into the facility and a mechaclone cuts the bar of U-BN in half with Monster mocking R1. The heroes get thrown around before running outside to transform. However, the team's melee attacks and weapons are ineffective. Messer Beast also proves stronger than P5's barrier. Y4 accidentally hits R1 and they run off to Bio Base. There they patch up R1. On the monitor New Gear destroys research facilities- Oh NOW you bring up the episode title? After that Y4 trains at archery when Hayase shows up, revealing he was her captain. He complains about how her arrows are meant to kill and demands why she is practicing with her unable to say she's a Bioman because secret identity reasons. She runs off and R1 stops Hayase from following via brawl. He soon notices the arrow wound and R1 says not to follow Y4. After that the Biomen go after the ceramic squad and decimate the mechaclones. Dr. Man notices this and has Shark-Kans launch. Pebo informs the team of this and Y4 deals with a few mechaclones. Hayase hears their gun shots and investigates. Messer Beast then fires his eye beams to attack Y4 and manage to trip her. She transforms with Hayase watching. However, she gets beaten up, forcing Hayase to get in on the action. Messer Beast goes eye beam crazy while mechaclones go down from his arrows and Messer Beast soon runs away (WHY!?).

Shark-Kans shows up and Hayase take scare of Y4 who is unconscious. Insert sad dialogue about giving up the Olympics here before he runs off and she wakes up. She notices on of her captain's not meant for killing arrows in a mechaclone- NO, AN ARROW THAT DULL DEFEATING WHAT WAS ESTABLISHED AS A MERCILESS ROBOT, I DON'T BUY IT, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS HIT IN THE SHOULDER! Y4 runs off and Shark-Kans uses his super ceramic beam with her watching. She uses an arrow to aim for the left eye. Upon it hitting the eye the others show up followed by intros and an assault on the grunts. R1 gets manhandled by Monster and Y4 stuns him with her arrows with Messer Beast going down soon after. Both run away once Monster has an arrow in his rectum and the Biomen use a giant bio arrow that fires a big energy arrows. Suddenly Juo shows up to throw a mace comedically defends him by firing finger rockets. Shark-Kans starts marching so R1 calls Bio Dragon, they board, Bio Jets 1 and 2 launch, and BR is formed. BR uses the Super Maser as Shark-Kans flies around and finishes him with the Straight Cut.... Which is an impalement. The episode ends with Hayase firing an arrow of light as a message that she should follow her own path as he runs off into the sunset. Next episode shows a satellite flying around and P5 carrying it.

Episode 14:

Satellites start crashing into various places around the planet so the Biomen look for the cause. While in Bio Jets 1 and 2 they spot Anchor-Kans who is using an anti-spacial beam. Both jets fire lasers, but he retaliates with his beam screwing with the computers. Pebo has them withdrawl while New Gear tells the UN that Anchor-Kans and its New Neural Brain makes him the first machine with brain waves which makes him superior to humans and everyone should bow down to New Gear. Dr. Man strokes his ego as he claims he will dominate the world. Cut to Pebo finding no data in the New Neural Brain. The team talks about it and thinks it might have feelings so they go out. R1 demands Shark-Kans fights him while on his bike. With bad aim he manages to dodge Shark-Kans and Mason notes to Dr. Man they can't control him. R1 soon takes a hit yet keeps mocking him. The New Neural Brain comes out and R1 shoots him only for it to have no effect. Dr. Man has Farrah and Aquaiger go out to fetch Brain because "Dr. Man is number 1" and stuff. Brain chases the heroes and has Anchor-Kans firing harpoons until P5 catches him. Brain tries to shock her with Aquaiger coming out of the nearby shore and using a ray from his mouth called the Aquaiger Hurricane which sends her into the water. She soon washes up on shore with Brain in agony. The others soon find them and notice its hurt. G2 tries to finish it, but P5 disagrees and since he has feelings they shouldn't kill it. Farrah tries using some beam on him only for an energy barrier to block her power and Aquaiger notes that he is still vulnerable to salt. Farrah says he has too many feelings and acted on his own so she tries to kill him. P5 runs off with him and mechaclones attack the others.

Brain asks why P5 saved him and she replies that he has heart. Insert "what does it mean to have feelings/machines and humans can co-exist" speech here. Its actually a bit touching. Unfortunately Farrah gets a clean shot and P5 is ambushed by her squad. Aquaiger calls Brain a failure with P5 angrily saying they will pay. The rest of the Biomen show up and P5 shows up, allow intros and mechaclone slaughter. R1 duels with Aquaiger a bit while other fights go between rocks instead of the usual open area. After Aquaiger uses explosive bubbles and water spout, P5 uses the Pink Flash from her forehead so the Bio Electron can be used to execute the Super Bio Electron which is basically hand lasers. Dr. Man is enraged once Aquaiger returns to Neo-Cloud with everyone beating him up. After that Anchor-Kans is unleashed- Wait if Aquaiger returned to Antarctica that fast doesn't that mean the villains all have teleportation powers- Whatever, R1 calls for Bio Dragon, boardin, Bio Jets 1 and 2 launching, combination into BR, you know the drill. Both harge into each other with Anchor-Kans unleashing his arsenal as Dr. Man now controls him. BR goes down and Brain feels bad P5 is being hurt so he goes full power and goes back into Anchor-Kans to break him free of Dr. Man. BR gets up and lands a couple punches before the Super Maser is used for the Bio Particle Strike to end him. Brain flew out at the last second and the heroes soon find him. P5 talks to him in his final moments as he says he wishes his heart was as good as her's. He then flies off and falls into the sea where he explodes. The team becomes saddened with P5 saying she will not forgive Dr. Man with his atrocities to science and throws a flower in the water as a final send off. Next episode shows people suffering from a fever and Y4 chasing a pair of nurses.

Anchor-Kans: Powers include an anti-spacial beam from the right hand anchor on a chain, three harpoons from the left hand, and two cannons on each shoulder

Episode 15:

Some children play baseball until someone sprays green gas into the field with a gun. They fall down with fevers barely able to move. Ambulences take the boys to the hospital to be examined. During this one of the nurses reveals to be a cyborg and uses a stethascope from her abdomen to anaylze a boy. On the roof she informs Neo-Cloud that the "devil fungus" is working when Y4 appears and destroys robo-nurse's communication device. A chase gives way with P5 being knocked down (apparently she is a nurse too) and the men join in. Suddenly Juo appears with Monster to allow her to run off. Mechaclones close in and the team transforms to fight. Juo joins in for finger cannon attacks and Monster saying that Dr. Man is working on a new devil fungus with no cure. Cut to Neo Cloud where the villains are impressed with the new devil fungus. Pebo also analyzes it at Bio Base and P5 feels bad about not catching the fake nurse. Suddenly Frog-Kans appears to spray devil fungus everywhere. Bio Jets 1 and 2 are sent out, but to no avail and he soon hops away. P5 looks around the deserted area with Y4 telling her they might not make a cure. P5 remembers when she had a severe illness when she was young and she got better thanks to that nurse and because of those memories she wasn't able to tackle the fake nurse. Y4 then says she hates her for hesitating. Pebo then radios in he made a cure from the piroro flower from Bio. P5 runs around until she finds a quarantine area when she notes the animals and plants are not affected. She then jumps over the rope barricade.

Frog-Kans returns and wreaks havoc on Nakahama. P5 is in a restricted area where they cannot communicate (WHY!?) and the others go off to find her. She soon notices her fingers have devil fungus all the while BR is being formed to fight Frog-Kans. Monster and Juo cheer on and try to release the devil fungus, but Dr. Man stops them saying they need to be closer in the city first. P5 gets sicker and notices nothing else is harmed by the devil fungus. She soon notes that a handhara tree might be the cause of the fungus not spreading. Meanwhile, BR finds itelf being beaten. P5 reaches Bio Base somehow and gives the plant to Pebo. Frog-Kans continues his assault and jumps around so much BR can't land a hit. P5 then shows up playing a flute to Monster and Juo.... with the opening theme no less. Monster tells his squad to attack and she transforms after saying how evil they are. Y4 jumps out to help her for very half-done intros. Mechaclones are taken out with some pop song playing in the background. Monster joins in wielding a huge ax while Juo uses a wrecking ball. The girls then use a typhoon attack similar to what 80 and Yullian in the penultimate episode of Ultraman 80. The two jump onto BR and use place the antidote's capsule in a missile. This counters Frog-Kans's devil fungus spray right in the mouth. BR then uses the Super Maser and uses the Concentration for a slice attack that blows Frog-Kans up. The episode ends with all of the children cured and Y4 apologizing to P5 although she is okay with it. Next episode shows Y4 being beaten up and a time bomb.

Episode 16:

Bio Jet 1 is attacked by mirage fighters and shoots one down. R1 and P5 wonder why they attacked. While Y4 is on patrol Dr. Man uses a level to activate some machine with magma energy called the Magma Energy Enlargement Switch. Farrah says Mount Koji is under their control. Cut to Neo-Cloud where Mason says in six hours their device will cause a bomb in Mount Koji to go off. Thanks to mirage fighters' distraction, the bomb will go off and cause a magnitude 8 quake. An hour later Y4 crashes her bike because of kids in the road who complain that their village doctor went missing. Insert flashback of Dr. Akio here being a kind and caring doc. Y4 says she'll find her and the kids wave while taking a kokeshi doll they made. She spots a bus when four mechaclones on dirt bikes show up. She arches them off their bikes soon after- SHE CLEARLY FORGOT ONE. Y4 manages to reach a train station and she is kidnapped by mechaclones, more fighting ensues. Meanwhile, the Biomen find out about Dr. Akio being kidnapped at Bio Base and head out while Y4 pursues the train the doc is on. The others soob show up with Dr. Man commenting about how Farrah is diverting them and how the bomb will go off in ninety minutes. At a station Y4 manages to take out the mechaclones and soon Farrah reveals herself. Y4 asks why be a village doctor when mechaclones attack followed by Farra Cat. Y4 starts running, even jumping off a bridge, but Psygorn soon stops her and flings her into a hill.

The others show up with Farrah commenting about how doomed Tokyo is- WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT!? Y4 still finds the deception toward the children disheartening and transforms so the Biomen can do intros. Psygorn uses his powers (come to think of it why don't they use him more often?). However, Y4 uses the holographs to confuse him and get a clean shot with the bio arrow before the team uses the Bio Electron and use the Bio Electron Beams from their guns. Farrah and Farrah Cat walk off and the heroes go in a hurry with their vehicles going at super speed. Dr. Man sends Neptune-Kans out to prevent them from doing anything. I will note that this is the first time in the series the giant monster of the week that does the kick and explode shtick that was in most episodes of the last five series. Once the Biomen spot him R1 calls for Bio Dragon to be launched, it fires lasers, they jump in, Bio Jets 1 and 2 launch, and the two combine into BR. Neptune-Kans spams his arsenal while BR fires missiles from its abdomen, we Daitarn now! This follows with the Super Maser which uses the Reverse Straight Line Cut.... which is just a horizontal slash and he explodes. With one minute left B3 hears the bomb followed by G2 seeing it at the clinic the kids had in their flashback. They find the hidden basement and break in, finding the magma energy device with seconds to go. Y4 jumps onto the console to shut switches off which stop the explosion, P5 then faints. Heh- wait, so does Y4? Eh. The episode ends with Y4 trying to figure out what to do with the wooden doll the kids made and G2 acting like a pervert. Next episode shows R1 fighting Monster and Juo with the former wearing a grass skirt.

Episode 17:

Some song is sung at Neo-Cloud about some guy on a turtle going to Ryuga's castle (so is this in continuity with the Kamen Rider Ryuki movie? Neat!). Farrah is annoyed as everyone sings except her and Mason as they have to look at picture books about the song. Dr. Man asks them if they have a meaning. When Juo says he doesn't Dr. Man replies that he is finding an underwater Utopia (capitalized!). He plans on finding a descentant of the guy that went there. So a man of science like him is into lost cities? Seems odd, but whatever Cut to a baseball kid running up to R1 and stealing his food. He soon nabs him just as he takes a bite. R1 tells him to go home and take the food while the boy bad mouths him a bit. The title card shows up- Oh its Ryugu Castle! GUIS! I FOUND A TYPO IN THIS EPISODE! Anyway, R1 takes the boy on his bike when Monster appears and knocks him off with an ax throw on the hood. R1 fights the mechaclones who fail at taking the boy and he runs off into the woods. Juo tries shooting at R1 who transforms and the others find this out so they use super speed on their vehicles to knock the mooks over. Juo throws a rock only for R1 to shoot at him and drop it on Monster's foot. The two then embarrassingly head off. After that the heroes talk to the boy's mother who says he's a delinquent. B3 notices a rare coral in her home said to be from Taro Urashima (turtle guy from the song). The team snickers and question if Taro existed, wondering if New Gear has a connection to it. The mother than talks about him in an unflattering light and he appears to kick a box and run- Oh his name is Jiro. Suddenly Monster shows up in a jeep and Juo snatches Jiro with mechaclones aiding his escape. Jiro's mom starts crying out to him, but the heroes stope her. Later Jiro is taken to a lab where they put him in a restrained chair and sleep helmet so Mason can communicate with him while under hypnosis. Juo is briefly in trance while a screen shows Jiro seeing Ryugu Castle (why does this scream Assassin's Creed?). During this the team complains about looking for shores. R1 soon tails the jeep Jiro is in because Toei editing. Juo fires at R1 which sends him tumbling down.... Only for him to suddenly be riding again! Monster summons three mirage fighters to take care of him.

The jeep goes to Matsubara Coast with R1 still pursuing and soon both vehicles stop. R1, bruised, looks at them and Jiro is impressed. Monster uses Jiro as a hostage while Juo goes finger cannon happy only for sand to be sprayed in his eyes. Monster gets a flying kick and R1 rescues Jiro. Y4 fires an arrow which causes Juo to accidentally fire in Monster's face. R1 turns around to see the others who fend the two off long enough for Jiro to be taken behind a rock. R1 then transforms with mechaclones being sent out followed by intros and said grunts decimation. R1 soon duals with Juo a bit, holding his own much better than in his first encounter. R1 is soon thrown, but he somehow bounces back (the editing is horrid) and Juo is kicked off a plateau head first. After that is the Bio Electron and the Big Arrow is used to stun Juo. Monster throws his ax at the Biomen and comedically runs away with him. Dr. Man sends out Turtle-Kans, R1 summons Bio Dragon, it lands, they board, and Bio Jets 1 and 2 launch so BR can be used. Ignoring the laughably stupid walking shot I will post below, the two charge with BR going punch happy and Turtle-Kans retaliating with his arsenal while flying around. BR then uses the Super Maser to use the Concentration (plain English) which is a vertical slash that blows him up. The Biomen find Jiro who is crying over joy that they were willing to rescue him and worry about him. R1 tells him his mother also worries about him and that he'll grow up to be a big man as big as the sea. Next episode shows G2 finding a dying girl who gets caught by mechaclones.

Episode 18:

Some little girl warns her mother about monsters coming, but doesn't believe her. She tryies telling other people, but nobody believes her with sone boy throwing her necklace, causing her to cry. G2 walks over to give it back to her and hears her talk about a big robot monster coming. He thinks its a mecha giant and has the team use BR to investigate. One actually shows up on radar named Terracotta-Kans and they land. Mason and Farrah are stunned at BR showing up with both titans duking it out via sword fight. However, the armor withstands the Super Maser with Farrah saying how great Dr. Man is before telling Terracotta-Kans to finish BR with the Great Iron Sword. It is so strong the Bio Shield is easily sliced in two. The townspeople start running away while the little girl psychically helps them by forcing Terracotta-Kans's sword to the ground. Mirage fighters show up and Terracotta-Kans flies off. Cut to Neo-Cloud where Mason explains that the armor was made from special stones and that the Biomen must have found out. After that G2 spots the girl, named Risa, who says her prayer worked which kept them safe. G2 says it worked and asked how he knew he ws in danger. She says images go around in her head. Risa predicts G2's death at an ambush which scares her. Meanwhile, Pebo recognizes that Levy Power is what kept Terracotta-Kans's sword down and explains that it is an aura of psychic energy from planet Levy was was destroyed fifty thousand years ago. A meteorite must have fallen to Earth and it allows stone wielders to use psychic powers. G2 remembers her pendant from before and that she found it at a picnic. During this Risa encounters Farrah in human form who wants her to demonstrate her powers. Risa can tell she isn't human and runs off only for Metsler to catch her thanks to invisibility powers. Her mother notices her being carried off in a van. G2 arrives just as she is screaming.

G2 follows.... somehow. Risa is taken to an abandoned cabin in a field and Farrah takes her pendant before saying she'll send her to hell. Farrah Cat notices G2's car and they hide as he gets out of it. He remembers her words from earlier and is cautious. Farrah Cat soon uses a bazooka on him, but he turns out not to be dead and throws a piece of metal at Metsler to save Risa. The others soon arrive with G2 giving some speech before transforming followed by intros and mechaclone smack down at a waterfall. R1 and Metsler duel a bit before the latter attacks the team with his teleporting and eye beam powers. G2 soon spots him and throws his boomerang at him, stunning Metsler long enough for the Bio Electron to be used along with the Miracle Laser. Terracotta-Kans show sup, R1 has Bio Dragon called, they jump in, and Bio Jets 1 and 2 launch to form BR. Rematch time! Super Maser is brought out right away to cut Terracotta-Kans's sword in half followed by the Straight Flash which is just a stab attack. However, and this is a franchise first, the monster of the week does NOT stop after the finishing move! Rather his face opens up and fires an electric bolt. BR is stunned and G2 notices it isn't armored so a missile is fired followed by the Comet Cutter which is a diagonal slice that blows Terracotta-Kans to pieces. The episode ends with G2 and Risa's mother swinging kids before he has to bid them farewell. Next episode shows a guy with half his face hidden named Prince and someone hanging from a red rope.

Terracotta-Kans: Powers include a claymore called the Great Iron Sword, reinforced armor, and electric bolt emitter hidden beneath the face

Episode 19:

At an oil refinery a hose comes up from the ground and spews acid into one of the giant round containers. Workers are alerted to the leak in gas and discover the hose. Suddenly Metsler comes out of the hose via his green glob form and tells them he took all the gas and proceeds to spray the workers with a little of it. Suddenly the Biomen show up as does Mason and mechaclones. He notes that the gas in the air can ignite if they use their bio swords. Suddenly some teenage boy with a dash of blonde hair covering the right side of his face proceeds to stop him. He claims he is Prince, son of Dr. Man- DANG IT I COULD HAVE DONE OPINIONS IN THE PREVIOUS PART! Anyway, Prince's staff emits an electric bolt that blows the refinery to pieces. Cut to Neo-Cloud where Metsler and Mason are weakened with the former collapsing. Prince shows up next to Dr. Man saying that only killing the Biomen matter, Dr. Man follows this up with how his robots are replaceable (I always thought they were cyborgs, but whatever). Dr. Man reveals that Prince was following a special program and that he is his new right hand, forcing everyone to obey him. Monster gets zapped because dickery. Dr. Man notes Monster was built for power and his stupidity should not be taken into account. At Bio Base the team analyzes Prince and concludes he and Dr. Man are Japanese; in all fairness they don't know what the doc looks like. After that Mason shows Prince Groteque-Kans and the hose from earlier was part of him. Prince makes a snarky comment about how he made Grotesque-Kans and soon after goes after another refinery. Suddenly B3 shows up asking if he gets the value of human life. Prince claims he is seventeen meaning no, yaoi fan girls, he isn't legal. Prince uses his electric staff and B3 kicks him. The hose then ensnares B3 so Prince can zap him- Now it looks like energy waves! The others show up to save B3 who wants to fight him as a human. R1 keeps the others out of the fight while Prince demand B3 transforms, zaps him, and runs off. G2 tells him he was raised to be evil while B3 is reminded of his younger self at that age. B3 reveals he was a violent kid until someone showed him better and thinks Prince can change. At Bio Base B3 is patched up and R1 notes that Prince is important to Dr. Man so they head out to find him. Prince soon finds Y4 and has a pair of mechaclones in a car shoot at her only for her to jump on said car. The shooter is soon thrown out of the car while the driver (somehow) tries to blow up the car, but Y4 jumps off just in time. Y4 tries to transform, but the hose nabs her. An alarm t Bio Base goes off and through some means the screen shows Y4 in trouble.

At a lake Y4 is hanged by the hose from a bridge. Prince, Mason, and Metsler watch her struggle when the others show up without B3. Prince starts zapping her, waiting for B3 to appear, with a pair of mechaclones about to fire. B3 shows up and transforms while diving underwater. He jumps into the air and somehow rescues Y4. Prince says he was waiting to finally kill him and the other Biomen transform followed by changing the environment, intros, and mechaclone fighting. Prince has Grotesque-Kans emerge from underground. This interrupts the grunt fight with them and Metsler being tumbled into the fissure. BR is launched by Pebo and it picks them up to place the heroes in the cockpit. The Super Maser is used to execute the Dashing Beam which is a generic run up and slice move. However, instead of Grotesque-Kans losing he simply emits his intestine-like hoses and drains BR's energy. R1 says to use the Super Maser and soon after stab him with the Straight Flash which reduces Grotesque-Kans to light particles- WAIT HE CAME BACK! FIRST SENTAI GIANT MONSTER TO DIE FROM A FINISHING BLOW AND RETURN! Prince is tractor beamed up into Grotesque-Kans to fight them directly. Dr. Man is impressed before he starts coughing a bit. B3 begs for is teammates not to kill him while the narrator is not sure how to proceed- OH SNAP A CLIFF HANGER! Next episode shows Prince and B3 being confronted again.

Episode 20:

After a recap of last episode and Dr. Man ego stroking, R1 has an idea. After a slash attack BR steals the mecha intestines from Grotesque-Kans. Cut tp Prince in a jeep with mechaclones shooting at people (SERIOUSLY, TOEI!?) and the heroes being informed of his hostage taking when they have not even left BR. Prince corners a mother and son and shoots at them. Before he can get a lethal shot in B3 shows up to stop him. BR returns the mecha intestines to make him to stop. He has a mechaclone fire on them and B3 asks if he calls himself human or feel anything. B3 then gives a speech reminding him of his mother and asks what she'd think if she was here. Prince asks what a mother is and then vaguely remembers her voice. This causes him to run away, G2 suggests they use this to their advantage. Prince starts goes up to random assuming she is his mother, but she panics and leaves. Dr. Man tells him (I assume through radio) that he has him. Monster asks if Dr. Man has a wife and gets zapped, taking off his left arm. Dr. Man then has Mason and Farrah retrieve Prince. Prince uses a mecha intestine to nab a woman who was really Farrah. Her, Mason, and Psygorn show up to bring him back. Psygorn and Prince stun each other with the latter revealed to be a mechaclone. Prince is grabbed and the villains teleport off.

Pebo is shocked by the twist. B3 feels horrible, but P5 says he was able to change his heart. The heroes come to the conclusion that Dr. Man created his own son because he had a shred of human emotions left. We see Dr. Man fixing Prince saying he came to being because New Neural Brain from several episodes back did not work out. Dr. Man was hurt when Prince had the thoughts of a mother.... And mentions "that woman", clearly there is a connection. After that Bio Base gets a text message on the screen about Prince challenging them so they head out in their vehicles. Prince beams down from Grotesque-Kans and shows his face with Mason appearing with mechaclones. The Biomen do their intros and whomp on mechaclones. B3 and Prince duel a bit while Psygorn beats the others around. Once Prince runs B3 throws his sword at Psygorn, stunning him long enough for the Bio Electron to be used and forming the Bio Electron Beam. Once Prince boards Grotesque-Kans R1 calls for Bio Dragon, they jump in, and Bio Jets 1 and 2 launch to become BR. Wasting no time are eye electric bolts and the Super Maser using the Comet Cutter which does as well as you'd expect. More mecha intestine draining before they are cut. B3 suggests a missile to the chest and it seems to stun Grotesque-Kans long enough for an overhead slash which blows him and Prince up. Dr. Man feels disgusted and walks off with Mason feeling pity. He then repairs himself, saying how as long as he is human he cannot reject his humanity and that he should become more robotic to become immortal. Insert the new song from Fallout Boy here. The episode ends with the boy and son going for a pony ride and the Biomen wondering about Dr. Man's family. Next episode shows a weird photographer and P5 being brainwashed.

Episode 21:

At a park a photographer tries getting pictures of girls but they keep running off and upon his wig falling off said photographer turns out to be Monster. At a place literally named Rocket Laboratory some photographer tries taking a picture of a scientist named Dr. Kudo and does so with a red ray coming out of the camera. Monster gets this picture in a lab and shows it to Dr. Man who says to start the second plan. The photographer sets a bomb to the scientist who is now hypnotized. The photographer's car stops P5's car for speeding when she suddenly sees Rocket Lab blow to pieces. Cut to Mason and Farrah being amazed by the hypnotic camera's work. Mason comments about how the photographer, Yanagi, is so famous anyone would want their picture by him with Farrah joking about how even she wouldn't want Monster taking her picture. Dr. Mans goes on about how the hypnotic camera lead to the creation of Camera-Kans and that battle will begin soon. Yanagi, revealed by the narrator to be a mechaclone, causes drivers to drive recklessly around the city as well as employees of an oil refinery to be reckless. P5 notices this soon after upon seeing him again. Y4 asks why she is following him. P5 tries talking to Yanagi and Monster informs Dr. Man about it. Dr. Man says not to worry and instead use the hypnotic camera. P5 wants her picture taken or be an apprentice so Yanagi goes with picture taking. Aquiger comments about P5 being cute and Monster bops him on the head. During this the hypnotic camera gets a picture of her and is commanded to reveal Bio Base to them. Cut to Y4 spotting P5 in a jeep with Monster and Aquaiger showing them where Bio Base is as a truck follows them. Y4 pursues and informs the men. Monster soon notices with Y4 shooting an arrow at the jeep's driver. Aquaiger soon goes down and Y4 tries talking to P5 to no avail. Monster then tells her to kill her teammate and proceeds to attack. Monster then gives P5 his ax. The men soon rush in to stop the fight. Aquiger goes explosive bubble happy and the villains drive off.

The Biomen follow and try thinking of a plan. Meanwhile, Mason reports that Camera-Kans is ready and Dr. Man has him sent out to terminate Bio Base. Pebo informs the team about Camera-Kans while Y4 stops the jeep and fires an arrow aimed at P5. She aims right in her left lung and Monster gets emotional over it. Suddenly Yanagi takes Y4's picture although she barely resists. R1 shoots the camera and Yanagi reveals his mechaclone self. P5 snaps out of the trance and the arrow was revealed to have a clay end on it.... Not what you showed in a previous shot, but whatever. Y4 throws the arrow at Monster with both girls transforming. This is followed by the heroes giving intros and beating up mechaclones. Aquiager joins in with explosive bubbles only for the girls to combine their bio swords to form a double helix beam. After that the Bio Electron allows them to stun Aquaiger with the Big Arrow. Monster sends Camera-Kans after them with R1 having Bio Dragon launch, them jumping up, and Bio Jets 1 and 2 launching to combine into BR. Both titans size each other up with Camera-Kans using beams and what I think is telekinesis followed by a machine gun and.... film reels? Really? Whatever. BR fires an abdomen missile followed by the Super Maser using the Straight Flash, destroying Camera-Kans upon impalement. The episode ends with P5 disturbed about having an arrow shot at her and G2 making a dumb comment about how women are creepy only to be beaten up. Next episode shows B3 stealing from a museum.

The main Marvel universes are ending this summer! Before the final countdown begins here is part 8!

Episode 22:

B3 swims in a pool with a little girl watching. That same day he does gymnastics and climbs a rope until she appears. The girl gives B3 a bag with a gold statue in it. She says he wants him to return it to her grandfather. The narrator explains that the girl, Yukari, got it from her grandfather who stole it a long time ago and as his dying wish wanted her to return it, but due to the owner's security she could not. That night B3 gets some medieval Japan thief garbs (seriously) and attempts to sneak the statue back in. However, Metsler also appears in the house with Farrah and both appear in front of B3. Farrah blasts the statue with a laser and an alarm goes off, forcing B3 to barely escape. Cut to Bio Base that morning where G2 notices B3's face in the paper. Once he shows up G2 calls him out and P5 bonks him on the head with a frying pan.... Yeah. At Neo-Cloud the gold statue is shot out from the gun with Mason talking to Dr. Man about how they can harvest gold atoms from it.... WITH YOUR RESOURCES!? Even Monster finds it dumb. Farrah tells them B3 was there as well so Dr. Man has a mechaclone disguised as him to steal a bunch of gold. One night B3 meets his duplicate and fights him. The others show up and soon a mechaclone squad appears to fight while the duplicate escapes. After that B3 spies on Yukari who is visiting her ill grandfather in a hospital when a cop shows up asking why he is there. After ripping his fake facial hair off the cop realizes it is the gold thief and a chase gives way complete with police cruisers. He SOMEHOW got away and manages to talk to Yukari in some bushes. He says nothing will go right until the statue is returned even if she says the truth although she is sad about what is happening to him. The others show up to support the two.

Duplicate B3 tries sneaking in during broad daylight into a safe at some mansion. Out of it comes the real B3 with the others having wrenches ready. A fight between the two happens. The team manages to take the mechaclone apart with wrenches while the real B3 hopes on another mechaclone's motorcycle and activates a homing signal on the techno brace. At the base where the gold is kept Farrah wants to know what was stolen. B3 handles the gun wrongly and she bops him, finding it odd he felt pain. She soon realizes it is the real B3 and he proceeds to fight. The fight is soon lead outside with him being surrounded. He fires the gun at Metsler and mechaclones which launches gold bricks, knocking them down. Farrah uses her staff to emit electric bolts when the others show up so B3 can transform. This is followed by intros from the heroes and mook slaughter. B3 takes on Farrah Cat and Metsler before the Biomen use the Bio Electron to use the Bio Super Electron.... Are the lasers supposed to be from the foreheads or hands? Because they switch them up. Dr. Man sends out Scarab-Kans, R1 calls for Bio Dragon, it lands with them boarding, and Bio Jets 1 and 2 take off and combine into BR. Shoving context! Scarab-Kans soon releases huge balls from his back and kicks them at BR only for it to execute a flying punch followed by the Super Maser using the Dashing Beam which destroys him. That night the Biomen returned the stolen gold to all the respective owners. The episode ends with the sun rising with B3 suggesting they see Yukari's grandfather. Next episode shows some lazy girl on a beach and a jewel given to Dr. Man.

Scarab-Kans: Only known power is back balls

Episode 23:

Some teenage girl skips along the shore wondering how far Tokyo is. She claims her stomach is growling unaware a mecha giant is close to shore and has malfunctioned. Mason notes that the malfunctioning part is an artificial diamond and soon causes a combustion in his head. The teenage girl sees it briefly surface before cutting to Mason telling Dr. Man that Pirahna-Kans cannot use his chaos beam underwater. Dr. Man suggests stronger diamonds as Pirahna-Kans was designed to take down nuclear submarines, causing nuclear war. Everyone compliments the plan and Mason is tasked with making a Bio Lens Beam. At a museum displaying Aztec treasures the heroes are interested in the diamonds on display on a crown called Tears of The Son. R1 spots Mason in disguise who runs away. During this the girl from earlier gets pushed over. They soon lose him and that night Pirahna-Kans tests his new Bio Lens Beam which.... Turns mannequins to life!? Beach girl happens to be in a department store sleeping and terrified upon seeing them. Two security guards find it off the mannequins moved when they suddenly grow green fangs and bite them to death. They then steal the big diamond on the crown with the team showing up to stop them. In the fight the diamond is lost and it soon takes place on the roof. Mason shows up with Aquaiger as the mannequins continue their assault and the Biomen transform, go Bio Electron, and but their bio swords together to form an energy swirl called the bio sword flash, taking out the mannequins before fighting the mechaclones. Aquaiger soon joins in while Mason looks for the diamond. Beach girls spots it and takes it with Mason spotting it. R1 duels with him before he can chase after her and teleports off. The next day Mason encounters beach girl who assumes he is a movie agent, but he just tries kidnapping her only for her to run off. Mason and mechaclones in disguise take after her and she bumps in R1. He soon spots Mason and the two quickly run off.

Mason corners R1 and beach girl and the mechaclones pull out knives. Soon the disguises are ditched and the chase continues a bit before R1 does jump kicking. Masona uses his staff to cause some explosions INCLUDING BLOWING UP A CARGO PLANE. R1 then uses photolaser technology to jump on top of a skyscraper roof with beach girl. She asks why she is being chased and R1 tells her it has to do with the diamond she took. She says its in a fish statue and Mason heard them. More chasing from mechaclones with Aquaiger getting in on the action with him using the aqua hurricane. Mason teleports off and the others show up to help. Once R1 transforms the intros occur and mechaclones are pummeled on and around a cruise ship. Aquaiger uses his water attacks only for the Bio Electron to allow the Bio Electron Beams to stun him. At the museum beach girl mopes about how the diamond is gone while Mason has it installed in Piranha-Kans who is then launched. Pebo detects him off the Minoda peninsula with Bio Jets 1 and 2 on the scene. G2 locates Piranha-Kans closing in on a nuclear submarine and fires at him with their lasers before using BR. On shore the two fight each other with Piranha-Kans going chomp happy. A Bio Robot Missile stuns him followed by the Super Maser using the Dashing Beam to destroy him in a fiery explosion.... That is not generic stock footage! The episode ends with R1 telling not to return to Tokyo as a run away and she offers to be his girlfriend if age difference does not bother him. Next episode shows flowers and G2 fighting Farrah Cat.

Pirahna-Kans: Powers include swimming, bio lens beam from the eyes, and strong jaws

Episode 24:

A mecha giant uses an eye beam on a field with some boy watching from his room. Farrah reports to Dr. Man that Poison Gas-Kans is using his flower beam in completion. Dr. Man comments about how the flowers will explode because humans cherish them. Cut to the next day where G2 meets some girl looking at flowers who runs away. She is soon revealed to be Farrah Cat and the boy from earlier yells at them for wrecking the garden. The two continue their chase and transform for combat. Both seem evenly matched before Farrah Cat runs off and Farrah throws a grenade which allows the two to escape. G2 runs back and apologizes to the boy, named Shigeru, who then throws a fit despite his older sister telling him to stop. After he runs off the older sister says the flowers were their father's work and they have to take care of them until he gets better. Later G2 informs the others about earlier and gives Pebo a potted flower hoping he can take care of it. Meanwhile, flowers start exploding around the city, causing panic that pleases Messer Beast. The Biomen show up to fight and help the civilians. G2 realizes the flowers were from the nursery we went to so he runs over. Shigeru throws a fit with his sister saying he is only trying to help so he calms down. Shigeru mentions Poison Gas-Kans's eye beams from last night and G2 pieces it together before telling the others a flower bomb is in Bio Base. Pebo looks for a flower book while G2 tries contacting him. G2 suddenly gets attacked by Messer Beast in a deserted field. Pebo places the flower under a sun lamp wioth it starting to grow. Messer Beasts unloads on G2, but he soon manages to hold him off while contacting Pebo. Pebo finally gets G2's message and tries taking the flower outside.

The others show up to save G2 with Farrah showing up with her squad as well. G2 heads to Bio Base while Pebo does not know where to toss it. Pebo soon gives the flower to G2 who throws it over a cliff where it explodes, complete with slow motion. Pebo nearly faints while the others are struggling against Messer Beast. G2 shows up saying Bio Base was saved and transforms followed by intros and mechaclones getting wailed on. Messer Beast soon eye beam spams the team until G2 throws his energy boomerang to knock him down followed by the Bio Electron allowing the Miracle Laser to push him back. Farrah tells them they lost as Poison Gas-Kans will turn the world's flowers into bombs. As they walk off R1 calls for Bio Dragon, they jump in, and Bio Jets 1 and 2 launch. Lasers are fired, bringing Poison Gas-Kans down and they become BR. Poison Gas-Kans soon feels the force of BR's punches until it releases yellow toxic gas. BR then uses Bio Flash and Bio Robo Super Missiles from the shoulders before using the Super Maser to execute a flying slash called the Weighted Attack which blows him to smithereens. After that G2 helps the siblings transport flowers to a very fancy park with him sneezing. Next episode shows mecha giants being revived and the return of Prince.
