More like weird. It would be a major 180 for his character to suddenly take up Cap's costume and his namesake. It's like trying to imagine Superman with a pair of Uzis.

Ultimate Captain America is no stranger to taking up a machine gun. It would just be an interesting take to see how Frank handled the mantle of Captain America.

With Steve... there is not conflict. You know what he's going to do and there's no complex character underneath either. Steve Rogers is always just going to do what's right.

With Frank as the Cap.... then you'd have a complex character that it would be interesting to follow as he found his path to what was right and how he figured it out as a flawed human being.
