Kabuto have better designs and the filler stories are better even thought main plot fallen apart, Den-O have nice songs but plotless and felt like it can run forever like Doraemon and doesn't matter sometime I watch the episodes out of order, Kiva have too much boring fillers for 80% of series, and Decade was pretty decent so far.

Shinkenger's been a disappointment. Fans have long waited for a samurai show, so it's that much more of a disappointment.

Samurai shows are indeed nice. But we have gottem some 'similar' themes like ninjas etc. I'd be more exiting about something new... like a knight theme (just a random example)... or maybe a sentai show with a foreigner in it. (By foreigner I don't mean a random white guy TOEI picked up from some bar at Kabukicho that only speaks English or bad Japanese and is made fun of)

The last show with a decent character development was probably Majiranger.
