Best 2009 Toku Show Premiere: Kamen Rider Decade vs. Samurai Sentai Shinkenger

Team Shinkenger for me. Rider War was nice but lame CG throughout.

It was very pretty to look at visually (aside from the iffy CG) but Decade's first episode was just a little too ADD for my tastes. The next two episodes are what sold me on the series.

Surprisingly enough, I'm going to pick Shinkenger here. It caught me off guard with how kickass it was.

I agree. But since I went to Ventara so I go to Decade. Waiting for Decade to arive in Ventara. Man! KAMEN RIDER DECADE GO! Ad Infinitum!

Both series opening felt kind of rushed for me, like some one ran onto the sets and yelled. "Here's your story, Go!go!go!" but i've enjoyed both so it's not that bad, over all I pick Shinkenger just cause I lean more to sentai then kamen rider.

Both series have rather explosive intro episodes that were oh-so-awesome.

But I have to go with Decade here. I just love how they kicked the eppie off with the Rider War, and then Kadoya's "First" fight as Decade showed what he is capable off...before those cards became inaccessible. :anime:

I'll be a sheep and say Decade. Shikenger had nothing but action, Decade had some premise going on.
