i personally like this series and i think it's really one of the better ones since Agito.. though i watch all the series..
i won't say on par.. because there are a lot of really unnecessary things like introducing new forms and new things every 2 episodes before the introduction of Emperor form.. but after that the story really hooked me up..
i will say that this is really one of the show which i truely enjoy after agito.. though i don't deny enjoying past series like blade or kabuto.. but this one truely have more depths (of course not comparing Kuuga and Agito)
as for Koji Seto.. i will personally prefer him than Tendou Souji character(forgotten his name).. especially in terms of Wataru vs Tendou.. i have a personally dislike over tendou.. at least Wataru is still better than Ryotarou in a lot of ways..
And designs for the riders wise.. it's really one of the awesome ones.. since Agito also..
most importantly.. i prefer bat motif than bra motif..

I don't think it's the best rider and it definately ain't the worst.
I have to say though, I think a few of you are being a bit harsh... I mean, compare it to Saban's Masked Rider... yep, I knew you'd chose Kiva!
I felt (when we first saw the images) that the story would best in a more darke atmosphere, like demons and vampires fighting in graveyards at night and the innocent people being terrified by these creatures.
I don't think the green, blue and purple forms got enough usage either and I think the monsters behind those form should have had a better explanation.

Neon, you mean Garuru Form (activated by the Garuru Sabre, sealed form of Jirou the last Wolfen in 1986), Basshaa Form (activated by the Basshaa Magnum, sealed form of Ramon the last Merman in 1986) & Dogga Form (activated by the Dogga Hammer, sealed from of Riki the last Franken in 1986)?
The basic storyline behind Jirou, Ramon & Riki being the last of their respective races is they were all wiped out apart for those 3. Jirou's Wolfen Race was all-bar wiped out by Checkmate 4's Rook (same guy who killed Yuri's mother in 1984, 2 years before the 86 part of the show starts, and is killed by Yuri's daughter Megumi in 2008's part of the story line), but we aren't told who exactly wiped out the Merman & Franken Races leaving Ramon & Riki behind.
And personally, Kiva is what's finally managed to hook me into Kamen Rider, like AbaRanger & DaiRanger hooked me into Sentai (thank you Dino Thunder episode "Lost In Translation" (!):rolleyes2

Wow! You surely know a lot about the races of Jiro, Ramon, and Riki plus the forms of KR Kiva. I think you love the series. Congratulations for making your first post. I'm sure Kivat, Kiske (?), jedi, JFC, Tokurawshelp, Ryulong, Reimon, and the others will be happy for you as well.:anime:
Well, considering I've been watching Kiva & Go-Onger pretty much side-by-side since I finished Deka, Bouken & Geki, plus been chatting with some friends from a few PR boards over IM... long story short; just cause I'm a newbie to this forum don't meant I am dumb. It just means I'm crazy... Oh, and helping out a touch with WikiProject Tokusatsu (mainly the PR side of things) helps too.

That's correct. You have probably seen Otoya's legendary dance too. By the way, watching morphenomenal shows like the Power Rangers can surely make you crazy.:anime:
