Any reason why a Turbo and Zeo team up not happen?

I've always thought they didn't have the idea to do those yet. When they did it with In Space and Turbo, they said: ''Hey this could work for the next generations''.
And worked it did.

So I was just curious if anyone knows why they did not do Power rangers Turbo and Zeo team up after the new cast was made for Turbo? Did the actors just not want to be a part of Power rangers anymore after being replaced or something?

The writers wanted to bring in a new era once JDF said he wanted to leave. So they replaced all 4 actors with the new ones. It was thanks to JDF that the other 3 got replaced aswell. No point for a team up if JDF wasn't going to be there aswell, right?.

The same reason why there wasn't a Zeo/MMPR teamup.

But they did do a Alien/Zeo team up.

The whole money issue does make sense. I guess Saban figured it was not worth it, even if they could of done what they did to billy and just use the footage without any speaking of the actors or just use stock hyes for the fights with the Zeo footage, mabey even Dimitria or Alpha 6 telling the others the Zeo rangers will meet you at this point and help you defeat the monster. Though I guess the actor's still would have had to be payed royalties.

But the Zeo Rangers were the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (except Tanya) How could the cast be in both suits at the same time? With the Zeo/Turbo Idea at least there are 2 different cast teams that could technically both dawn the suits simultaneously. (The Turbo cast gets completely refreshed)

You do realize there was two seasons between Zyuranger and Ohranger, right? It would be way to expensive for Saban to film a team-up. It would also have never happened because Haim Saban was to cheap to give the actors more money so everyone except Amy Jo Johnson left on bad terms

Forever Red wants a word with you.

The consensus at rangerboard is that forever red is not in continuity with the rest of the series. That it was supposed to just be a fun episode more than anything and doesn't fit into Wild Force at all really.

Jason David Frank wanted to quit, so they decided to replace the whole cast sans Blake Foster.

This. According to JDF during his panel at PMC, anyway.

Why would that matter? The vs. movies were never part of the deal that Saban had with Toei anyway, so what's the difference in filming a teamup between two sets of costumes that were originally one year apart or two?

I'll give you the cheap part, though.

I remember someone asking about this at PMC, and the answer was basically "Why do people keep asking us that?"

Then what was the deal with the Alien/Zeo rangers team up?
