Anime vs. Tokusatsu

I saw someone say all anime's the same?

You're telling me there's a bigger difference between GARO and Kamen Rider Kiva, than there is between Macross Frontier and GTO?

I dont watch enough anime anymore to even know what GTO is. But, as far as which is better for me, its definitely Toku. Anime seems to all blend together for me.I tried watching Bleach and Samurai X (cant remember the japanese name), and though it was kinda cool, it couldnt catch my interest. Same with Naruto. but shows like Macross Frontier and Trigun I can watch a bit longer.

I think what keeps me watching Toku more is that there is an end. Though its repetitive at time, you know that next year its gonna be a new deal. With anime, its unknown, as far as I know. Now I am now anime expert so a lot of this may be baseless, its just what I have seen. but, Naruto has over 150 eps, thats just crazy-talk. I dont think I could go through all that, especially when most is just filler.

I dont know, if it were a few years ago, I would probably pick Anime over Toku. but right now, its Toku all the way.

I can't stand anime. I wouldn't know enough to comment...but I've definitely tried anime. I can find some enjoyment in Bleach, but that's it. I'd pick toku anyday. I would never say that all anime's the same, but in my mind they all come together in a mess of awkwardly moving mouths and creepy hair. But I totally understand where the anime fans are coming from, don't get me wrong.

I've watched loads of tokusatsu and loads of anime/manga I'm pretty damn clear on what I'm talking about to make such a judgment.

Note: not saying **** off to anyone, but to the question of Toku vs. Anime. Also that business about all anime being the same is plain stupid, that person or people have probably only seen what can be seen on cable TV, and alot of those shows are very similar (Mainly because most are Shonen Jump stuff).
