The industry is totally deprived of a Guyver toku. And not the American live action movie. I mean, it was okay, but it left a lot to be desired.

I'm just surprised it took so long for someone to bring up Guyver. I mean, if I recall correctly, the author has pretty much stated that Guyver is a homage to toku greats such as Kamen Rider (especially), Ultraman and Godzilla.

The plot line and concept could easily pass for a Kamen Rider series.
