I remember this show, Steve Borden (Sting) had a recurring role as a Terminator-esque Cyborg who's purpose was to kill Super Force.

I remember watching this back in the 90, thought the first season was great. Then they did the second season where he some how got super powers after they hooked him up to a computer to save his life after the suit malfunctioned... yeah

But it was closer to Iron Man or G3/G4 since he had to put the suit on

And in an early episode, Lou Ferrigno played a wolf-like creature on the loose!

I thought this series was okay when I first saw it. It was very much like a Metal Hero Series (notably the "Rescue Heroes" sect).
