The Perfect (Animated) American Tokusatsu?

I have a dream. That when I come of age, I will pitch an animated tv show to an agent. I dream, that that show will be made into a new animated show, and be a hit. I dream of it being loved, and thought of us as a great piece of work. I dream, of it being an Animated, American, Tokusatsu.

A dream unlikely to be done. Meh. Either way, I've been writing a series of stories I think of as the basis of my animated series. I created the original idea, back two years ago, and have been working it since.

So I just want to know...If you heard about a American Tokusatsu being made, what would you be looking for it? Character development? Action? Humor? Romance?

I'm willing to answer any questions people have about it.

If it were animated it wouldn't be tokusatsu. If it were American it would technically be tokusatsu but not the way we talk about it.

Correct. It would be an American anime, not tokusatsu at all.

If, maybe, you were to have animated characters and live-action miniatures and monsters (ala Aizenborg) or something like Gou Nagai/Tsuburaya's Aztekaiser, that would be different (a tokusatsu/anime hybrid).
