I'd been trying to tell people that on the facebook Kamen Rider fanclub for a while >_< Rising Ultimate is ****, it's a pointless upgrade form that was probably dished in. As a figurine and a SIC figure, I think it won't look shitty, it'll probably look pretty fierce minus the furry horns. Others, it's a totally unneeded form and it just doesn't make much sense to add a form above "Ultimate level" like others have said >>
