Adapting Shinkenger for Power Rangers 2010

Given the amazingness of the Shinkenger premiere (it was very well received among the fandom, thats a first in recent years), how should the inevitable PR adaption be handled?

The ninja/karate school aspect has been played out to death in recent PR seasons, so perhaps they should go a different way with the Shinkenger adaption.

I would love a supernatural-based theme with the villains being ancient warriors of the living dead. They could play up the mystery angle and have the new rangers investigating paranormal and ghostly occurrences.

It's an angle that's never really been played up on PR before and there's some great original story potential there.

How should Shinkenger be adapted for PR?

It's not like RPM will have any bearing on the Shinkenger adaption.


Not to mention we already know the angle they're going for with RPM (the Go-Onger adaption), so we might as well start speculating on how to handle the next sentai.

Well..we may have animated power rangers coming next year as I've been told. I don't think that it's right time for us to think of that now. Let's just wait and see what's going to happens with this situation.

They canned the plans for the animated series. Disney didn't like it. Poweranimals and others confirmed this.

We're going to get a Shinkenger adaption.

The big unknown is who will produce it.

Judd Lynn? Bring Eddie back? Someone new? We'll see.
