Normally I would agree with the razzies, but this year I don't. Rambo 4 was very good. Speed Racer was tons of fun.

I haven't seen Disaster Movie or Meet the Spartans (nor do I ever intend to), but I think they're gonna win everything they're nominated for. Seriously, do these guys actually feel proud of their work?

Also, am I the only person who DIDN'T hate Indiana Jones? Yeah, it had a lot of stupid parts, but it wasn't Phantom Menace/Attack of the Clones-level bad.

You're not the only one. It wasn't as good as it could have been, but yeah, it definitely wasn't SW prequel bad. And I'll agree with KR, Speed Racer was silly but fun.

And I'll echo the sentiment on the "[genre] Movie" movies. Those things are not so much filmed as pooped out.

Speed Racer doesn't deserve to be in the same company as Disaster Movie. It wasn't the best movie evaaaar, but it wasn't awful either.

Speed Racer is one of those movies dumbasses nominate because they have a bias against The Wachowskies, or simply don't understand or appreciate that movie's specific art form and intent.

I'd like more western adaptations of Japanese concepts to be more like it

Well I can guarantee Speed Racer wont win a razzie. Yes its great and hated by douchebags and such but not because of that reason. Because the other films are so much more worst.
