20 Riders or 20 Forms: A Poll by FK

Right now I'd prefer to have fewer actual Riders in a series. When you introduce more characters into a story then you have more story arcs to keep track of and continue. This means you have less time to focus on each individual Rider, which usually leads to weaker story arcs compared to what you can get when you only have one or two characters to deal with.

3 Riders would be OK for most of the time, like Agito, Faiz and Hibiki had. Add some evil or temporary rider... Kabuto had a little too much which ended up TheBee being used only as a tool for Parfeck Zecter, but it COULD have worked better (like in Ryuki did) if only they wanted.

2 Riders with 10 forms each? No.
4 Riders with 5 forms each? No.

Keep it balanced and use forms in a smart way. Numbers aren't that important.

I prefer to have less riders but also at the same time not so many forms. Having said that, Ryuki was a good perfect example of how to manage having so many riders by having some of them killed ....

Kamen Rider's biggest weakness comes from a lack of a significant bad guy. It's the conflict of the heroes against adversity that brings about interesting stories.

Most time in Kamen Rider it's just the Rider against monster after monster without a mastermind.

With more Riders, we usually get some kind of villian which makes for interesting fights and interactions.

With fewer Riders.... it's just those guys versus a nameless and faceless threat... and that loses my interest pretty quick.

If Bandai pressures the production into making more suits to turn into toys I prefer that they be more forms (even if they are somewhat useless in the long run) than make more Riders that end up underdevelopped.

Ryukendo had a nice idea with the 3 warriors and Ryukendo having multiple forms. It also had a mastermind behind its monsters.

555 had monsters but it had a main badguy incontroll of those who we got to know... I think they did pretty decent wtih that aside from the EFFED up endings in both the series & movie :S

I think I have found blades bad guys to be most interesting of all! Though also disapointing because some of the undead were pretty damn cool! infact most were but the riders all the time were not about to take any bs from them and were just ' ahhhh get emmm!" :D which was also kind of cool too in its own way haha!

kabuto had interesting aspect of the worms killing people and taking there place... They got better wormsas the series went along though they did not last long.... it would have been better if they had a stronger bad guy cast for kabuto from the get go...

I think that perhaps is what we need to see in the next rider series ... It would be neat to have a army group of bad guys with a leader for each army... or gang or what have you ... I Duno how many of you are watching claymore but I like how they are doing it with this series :) something similar I think would work well with KR

I prefer more forms than more riders cause they would have more time to develop their story and background and wouldn't get too crowded at times, for me , no more than 6 riders
