Xenoblade Chronicles 3D Arrives On New Nintendo 3DS XL
At the end of the Wii’s life cycle, several interesting RPG’s came out, many of them though didn’t receive the publicity they deserved though. Fans however rallied around them, and some became cult classics. One of these titles was Xenoblade Chronicles.
The game, made by Monolith Soft, gave gamers a vast world to explore, a deep combat system, and characters to remember. The fan love for this game (along with some very positive reviews from major outlets) allowed two things to happen. One, it allowed Xenoblade Chronicles X to be made, and two, a port of the cult classic title has now arrived on the New Nintendo 3DS XL.
In case you’re unfamiliar, here’s the basic synopsis for the game.
“The main story of Xenoblade Chronicles 3D revolves around Shulk, who many will know as a playable character in the recent Super Smash Bros. games. The game reveals the origins of Shulk and uncovers the secrets behind his mysterious blade called the Monado. As Shulk journeys across two giant titans, he and his unexpected party of memorable playable companions will traverse varied worlds full of all different kinds of beasts – some friendly, some … not so friendly. The numerous open-world environments contain hundreds of side quests, treasures and hidden areas, and come to life with the face-tracking 3D of New Nintendo 3DS XL.”
The game features a unique combat system where you’ll use “Arts” to power up and defeat enemies both human and machine. If you’re ready for an epic adventure, then be sure to check out Xenoblade Chronicles 3D!
Note: This game is only playable on the New Nintendo 3DS, it will not work on older models. This is due to the enhancements that the New Nintendo 3DS XL has, such as the graphics chip and processing power.
