This July, Uncork’d Entertainment is bringing us The Dark Within, a new horror feature from Clear Focus Movies Ltd. The plot description on this one is pretty light, so there’s not much to say about it, but basically there’s this man, his parents have disappeared, and he doesn’t know how, why, or where they could have gone. The trauma awakens supernatural powers in him he never knew he had, but they don’t exactly make life better for him. In fact, could they be the cause of the disappearance? The Dark Within stars Paul Flannery (Ghosts of Darkness), Kendra Carelli (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, “Maid to Order”), and Stephanie Lynn Styles (Check Point). It was directed by David Ryan Keith, and it’s coming your way to DVD and VOD July 9.
