The screenshots reveal the Vulcans; hellishly difficult soldiers from the far reaches of TERA’s mysterious past.  Found in the Timeless Woods, the Vulcans guard territory they deem to be sacred on behalf of their masters, the Lokians.  Pay close attention though, and you’ll soon discover that past allegiances don’t weigh too heavy on the consciences of these dangerous foes.
