I'm REALLY curious as to when it goes past the simple, "Defeat all the other Mamodos to become king!" thing they're doing right now. As far as the manga, do you have any idea how much has been scanlated?
As I mentioned I have a bunch of vague information about the manga scanlations but can ask a friend who I provide raw scans to. I wasn't too happy about that demon mirror arc, it's a TOEI original, not in the manga. That arc lasts until ep 35. The LORD story arc starts at ep 51 and ends around late 80s. Faudo is well...hard to describe when exactly that arc begins but I guess you can say ep 101, when they use the new opening with the spoilers for the arc. One of the things that bugged me about the anime is they never have the announcements that were in the manga. Like before the trip to the UK there is an announcement in everyone's book that there were 70 demons left. Then later after a side story about Apollo and Ropes, there is another announcement of 40 demons being left. However ever since then, Raiku never used that again. If you consider the possible casualties after that, the Faudo arc could be the next to last story arc. Because I feel it's impossible to end the manga in the Faudo arc at the moment for spoilers I rather not mention.
Well, there was a Gash livejournal community where some guy would post his summaries of the raws he watched, although his japanese seemed very sketchy.
I didn't like the concept of the arc as it screws up the universe a bit. I also hated the concept of some of the demons in that arc like Paste and Scissors, wtf were they thinking!?
God, this reminds me of Highlander. Where Duncan would meet a new Immortal or run into an old Immortal friend and always end up having to kill the guy or girl in the end.
What I'm hoping for is that Zatch'll be able to battle his way to becoming a benevolent King and somehow make it so all these parted friends will eventually be able to be reunited somehow.

Well, when their book is burned they get transported back to the demon world so... uhhh technically they will be reunited... I could say more about other things but that'd involve spoilers.
Zatch Bell continues its killer ratings streek and continues to delight. It's one of those things I look forward to watching in a week and one of its main themes are my favorite themes.
Friendship.
I enjoy watching heroes get each others backs and making sure that their friends don't fall.
Just saw the introduction of the Chun-Li look-alike and a cool momodo by the name of Wan-Rei. I just hope he doesn't go the Highlander route and end up like the rest of Zatch's "friends."
I'd like to see Chun-Li (Lian) and Wan-Rei stick around for some adventuring.
