Your Latest Victory!

Post your latest victories in this thread. It doesn't matter how small they are, as long as they made you feel good about yourself.

Let me start my story by saying that the meter-maids who work in West Chester are pure evil. Anyway, exactly a week before Christmas, I had to get a haircut, so I parked my car right outside of my favorite barbershop, noticing that everyone around me had a ticket on their car. I put money in the meter, and after the first quarter, it said that it was jammed, so I thought that it would be excuse enough to get out of a ticket.

I go into the barbershop, get my haircut, listen in envy about how she got to meet Stephen Pearcy (the singer from Ratt) a few nights prior, and leave. I walk out to my car to find a parking ticket. Needless to say, I was not happy. I called the police station to contest the ticket, and they said that they would send somebody to check out the meter after the holidays. I just got a call back today saying that they voided my ticket. Score one for JUSTICE! :buttrock:

EDIT: I can't believe I spelled "Your" wrong. Can one of the mods please fix that?

When I actually got through and graduated High School without killing myself.

Yeah, got pick on alot.

Added maybe an inch and a half to my vertical jump since my last squat cycle... that's pretty cool.

During my work week I caught to punks trying to kick the **** out of a young Asian kid, I grabbed them both and 'maglite' whipped them in the shoulders and they ran off. Poor kid.

I recently got back in touch with an internet buddy whom I haven't talked to since 1996. Hopefully she won't mind talking to me long term, even though she now has a business and is expecting a kid in the spring.

I've been playing Super Collapse III, an online game, lately. Well last night I beat the final level! Video games aren't something I'm especially good at, so I'm proud of myself.

I've almost completely quit drinking carbonated soft drinks in the first of many steps for a healthier 2009.

I've been wanting a great victory for a long time. That victory is graduating from university. Some of the classes are hard (sometimes for no reason) so I hope I can pass them without wasting much time.
