Spot on.

[Algo Fonix]

Although it's a bootleg, Dawn of the Black Hearts by Mayhem.

[Shogun_Master]

I don't have it to post, but I'd have to say Karma & Effect by Seether. It's pretty effed up.

[DekaThunder Rider]

Anything with a picture of Robert Pattison is disturbing

[Forever Knight]

[Mr G]

I can't remember the album name, but when I was in high school I saw a CD from Corpse Cannibal that was incredibly jacked up.

Was it any of these?

Eaten Back to Life
Butchered at Birth
Tomb of the Mutilated
Hammer Smashed Face
The Bleeding
Vile
Gallery of Suicide
Bloodthirst
Live Cannibalism
Gore Obsessed
Worm Infested
The Wretched Spawn
Kill
Evisceration Plague
All of the Above

[Lustful Butchery]

The most disturbing and probably the most fucked up album cover that came in my visuals was Obzen by the band Meshuggah. And I love it! :buttrock:

Sad attempt at Cannibal Corpse.
