The cover album for Kanye West's "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" would be the one that does it for me. I thought I'd have nightmares about it.

I thought I'd share this story. I had gotten EMF's "Schubert Dip" album for Christmas back in 1991. My aunt saw it, and questioned how something like it could be a Christmas present. Anyway this is what the cover art looks like.
