Worst kamen rider show?

I've seen all of Agito, Ryuki, Kive, Den-O, Decade, W, and OOO's (So far)

I started to watch Hibiki, and I just couldn't get passed the first 5 episodes. It was SOOOO boring.

Blade just doesn't look interesting at all, and has the ugliest Riders in the entire Heisei era next to Hibiki's Riders. (The exception being the badass Chalice, and the three awesome Riders from the movie, which I did actually enjoy)

I couldn't even get through the Kabuto movie, and I've tried watching episodes, but everytime I try, I just get a bad episode. I've yet to find a single appealing character in Kabuto despite some AWESOME Rider suit designs.

So for me, it's a toss-up between Blade, Hibiki and Kabuto,

It's a close call between Black RX or Kiva.

I think I'll go with Kiva since RX seemed to revel in it's retardedness while kiva was just plain ol' retarded.

While I like the Kabuto character Tendou Souji, he's not the hero of the show to me. At first, he's the ultimate focus, but the entire time I feel like he's not the series' heroic Rider. For me, the first 20 or so episodes are leading up to the hero of the story: Kamen Rider Gatack. Kagami isn almost the complete opposite of Tendou: He's nice, timid, isn't skilled at everything, and is treated like dirt by everyone. If anything, he's the everyman. At first, he's just a comic relief, but as the show goes on, he becomes the hero Tendou is to prideful to be, until he final becomes a far more traditional Rider. Kagami didn't become a Rider because of his natural greatness like Tendou or Tsurugi (Kabuto and Sasword), or even his 'grace' like Daisuke (Kamen Rider Drake). Hell, the Gatack Zector hospitalized him for even trying to join with it. The reason Kagami became Gatack was because of his pure iron will and desire to save lives. The moment he became Gatack was the moment you realized that HE'S the guy to vote for, and from then on even Kabuto (even in confrontation) gives him not only respect, but shows a hesitation of merely mocking Kagami like he once did.

Agreed 100% Ive had the whole of Hibiki downloaded for about a year, and still can't get past the first 7-8 episodes. It is the only Heisei show I lack watching.

Thought I would post again and...my thoughts are basically the same. Ryuki, Kabuto, OOO, and Decade would be my least favorite series. Ryuki is plain ol' boring and I can't help but think the suits are really bland and just...band. I don't particularly care for any of the Ryuki suits outside of Tiger. Kabuto is a very...frustrating show. It has so many places it could go and even seems to go down decent tracks at times before being absolutely thrown off track and it's not even by Bandai or anything, it's just really bad writing and a lack of understanding between the two people writing the series. (this is why I think Double did the dual writer approach much better) Things like Tendou's attitude or Tsurugi's random personality change never really bothered me, I thought that they basically made sense at the core of the characters. I just never liked that the story itself never amounted to much and a lot of what ended up playing into the ultimate ending didn't really start happening until the final 15 or 10 episodes.

Then there's...Decade! I actually mostly like Decade, but there are a ton of structural problems that I can't get over. I've always said this and it's still pretty true, Decade is filled with a lot of great stories, but no connecting plot or anything to make it feel like I've watched an actual series rather than a ton of two part episodes. It really sucks because I would probably rank Decade a lot higher had it actually come with a plot that...heck, not even one that made sense, one that simply existed.

There is also one series I don't feel totally confident ranking, but I figure I might as well mention it: OOO. I've only seen the first 11 episodes and three random episodes after, so I'm not the best person to be judging it, but no other Kamen Rider series has ever turned me off so thoroughly. I really wanted to like the show, but there's just...nothing there for me to like outside of a few bit characters and actors that I doubt will ever amount to much. Watching the episodes felt like a chore and that's the first time that has ever happened to me with Kamen Rider, not even Ryuki felt like that. I often found myself needing to go back to watch certain scenes again because I just couldn't zone it and enjoy or pay attention to the episodes. I couldn't bring myself to care about the series at all and I think that does a lot to make this worse than any poorly written series because at least those inspired something from me.

I might, strong emphasis on that might, go back and watch the series if the response to its ending and final few episodes are like, the biggest thing since sliced bread. I really wanted to like the series, and felt even worse about it after Hiroaki Iwanaga came in since he was one of my favorites from Rescue Force and seeing him as a Rider is something I always thought would be cool and I kind of wasn't terribly fond of Date. As it stands, there's really just nothing to make me want to watch the series again at the moment.

I can see why people dislike tendou, he is arrogant and self centered, and believes he's the best thing to happen. Also for the most part he is right on all factors. It's a trait that I enjoyed. He was the greatest thing to happen and rather than shy away from that fact he embraced it. I genuinely found it a nice change of pace.

Furthermore I don't get where people seem to say that Tendou never got chastised. He was constantly called out by nearly all the characters in his show for what he did. While he got away scottfree more often than not, he was not without people who called him out on what made tendou, tendou.

I loved Tsurugi, from start to finish he was my favorite of the series and even though I agree his personality change was not the most eloquent, I felt it made him a better character in the long run. My true problem with the series would be the lack of involvement for all the riders that weren't Tendou and the perfect zecter.

There were quite a few plot strings left untidy, but nothing that detracted too much from my enjoyment. I personally felt that Kabuto's strongest asset which made me like it so much were its characters.

Ok, I wouldn't say it's awful or anything, but I really am not feeling OOO. I'm just not. The main character's bland, Ankh is just mediocre, and the villains don't feel very threatening to me. Even the side characters are dull, minus the secret organization. That organization's the best thing about the series. The head of that sect is too over-the-top for me, but there are some interesting ideas to it (such as the "My will is the only thing powering the bikes" idea), and the side Kamen Riders are actually pretty awesome (why aren't they the focus?). But besides them, nothing else is very good. Even the monsters look lame, and I don't like the whole CGI monster thing they've been pulling. The effects aren't good enough to support a big action sequence.
And man, are the coins confusing. I normally dog on forms, but this really takes the cake. It's an interesting concept taken waaaay too far. Hell, the idea alone is just a big puzzle piece I played with as a kid.
If there was any Kamen Rider series geared towards selling toys, it's this one. "W" worked because it new what it was, and used that to their advantage. OOO knows this too, but maybe a bit too well, therefore becomes a big random commercial.

OOOverkill. It really feels like the only thing Toei/Bandai learned or took from the success of W is mix-and-match form changes are cool and that's it!.

What makes Hibiki boring? I don't think it's a great Rider show, but it's really not a bad toku.

This is the first time I've ever seen someone call Blade's movie Riders awesome. (Why were there three anyway? According to the show's plot at the end, one would have made more sense.) I don't get how one could think three jerks like them are great, yet find Tendou Souji (who at least had some kind of philosophy behind him) unappealing.
