it should have been called the Kung Fu kid. .
That alone killed it for me. :nono:
In fact, I'm inclined to believe that the main girl won't even be named Annie, despite it probably going to be the movie's title.

Stop fucking buying your kids movies and just teach them how to be rich without having to work.
If it makes you feel better in other places around the world it's called the kung fu kid. Weird ain't it?That alone killed it for me. :nono:

Isn't that called welfare , stealing ideas and tax evasion? No wonder why America is in such a bad shape because it's so easy to abuse. And don't get me started about the low standards for getting disability ..
That and instead of it being in an orphanage , have it be these child slaves under a giant black woman who's really Antoine Dodson or Eddie Murphy in a fat suit living in this decrepit boarding house in Detroit or Chicago. Then for the Hard Knock song also , have them dance choreographed in the streets with Willow Smith taking the lead like in Michael Jackson's Thriller so the gunshots are accompanied with dying orphans, quickly replaced by dumpster babies who dance with her.
They should make Annie this black girl who's this giant stereotype that wants to live on welfare with her best friends , a mix set of diverse races including hobbits of the Elijah Wood kind and white people. For their woman , they sell themselves as child prostitutes or hoes where her giant red afro earns her the name Annie after the play. Various rappers show up randomly in scenes before getting shot or shooting each other , with the inclusion of Eminem as Daddy W.Bux, a rich yet down to earth gangsta rapper. Then add in inclusions of the nigga moments described in the Boondocks show where "Annie" fights the orphans , now ninjas ,who plot to kill and replace Annie as the adopted child of W.Bux.
Then just Autotune the whole film and have the Bed Intruder Song in the soundtrack for no apparent reason. But they would never do this because it would either incite violence or promote absolutely fatal laughter.
Uh. Shouldn't Jay-Z play W.Bux? There's no point him working on an obvious celebrity vehicle unless he gets to star in it, and after 8 Mile I don't think Hollywood wants Eminem back ...
I'm sure some similarities can be made between the depression and the current state of the economy. Or something.Unless he wants the movie to be set in modern times, which means cutting out all the stuff about the Depression, and rewriting most of the script ...
