Why the Re-cast on Decade?

Ok I'm a little behind on news about the cast Decade so please give me a straight polite answer OK?
So why is Toei casting new people for the previous hesei riders? I mean are they doing it on purpose or they just too lazy to call them and bring them back?

That's an ignorant conclusion you have jumped to. Chances are, they've tried to get them all back but the actors themselves said no for whatever odd reason, be it no desire to come back or scheduling conflicts. So far, only Wataru (Kiva) and Takumi (Faiz) are coming back. Tendou (Kabuto) is rumored.

Its rumurs that Blade, Ryuki and Hibiki are getting recasted, and so far Ryuki is recasted and Hibiki is said to be recasted also so the rumur is becoming true.

Kuuga got recasted. XD but I never saw that anyway.

Anyways, um........I hope they at least keep Chalice the same.
& until something is confirmed......this thread totally annoyed me for nothing.

It would have been awesome, but we all knew it wasn't gonna happen. Shame about all the new Riders, I would have loved for some of the old ones to come back (then again, I can't complain about the new, female Ichijou :laugh
