Why do girls love Twilight?

Vampires and romance is getting played out now, they need to go back to being horrible monsters that made people fear the night.

I wonder if ANYONE can take Vampires seriously now, after twilight:laugh:

jk I haven't seen twilight yet, but last time I took vamps seriously was when I watched the whole blade Trilogy on tv last year.

I'm tired of them now. IMO I loved them when I used to watch buffy. Like someone said, they need to bring back the werewolves..in a better way. Anyone ever watch big wolf on campus? That was a good show.

There is a creature in the British Myths that is a seal in the water and then comes on land and turns into a beautiful person. It's called a Selkie.

how about a vampire love story where the main female/male dates an obsessive person of the opposite sex (or same sex, after all we do live in a new age) who's abusive, cheats on them all the time and threatens to kill them if they ever try to leave them

when the new twilight movie, i plan on going there just to tease them by saying 'oh snap it's edward!' and yes I know his name because I hear it almost every day from a girl friend haha

i was talking about how bad twilight is as a whole sort of new evil towards everything and this girl and her friends over heard us and started arguing..it was pretty serious until I just lol'd and said twilight vampires only offensive attack would be showing their shiny skin in the sunlight lmao
