I just like Takaiwa's body language better.

He's definitely good, but Itou's performances in the movies (especially Project G-4) is what really sold me.

Really? I think Takaiwa's much better at suit acting. From his genuinely funny performances in something like GoGoFive or Ryuki to his cool samurai fluidity as Agito to his bad-ass street fighter-esque Faiz, I think he has more range. Itou...it could be anyone as his characters. I think he only showed any different body language as Chalice, and it seemed to me he was really ripping off of Yoshifumi Oshikawa's Gils movements.

Did you know that Itou was a child actor? He was the kid looking for his dog in the first Changeman movie and was a regular in that weird tokusatsu show Jaaman Tantei-dan Marinkumi. For that, I think he's cool. That he was probably on-set, inspired by the suit guys then and realized his dreams.

I think Naoki Oofuji's one of the best suit actors (in terms of acting and action), I miss him having a regular role. He's stuck, for some reason, doing the lame Tokyo Dome sentai shows.

Itou...it could be anyone as his characters.

I don't know; Itou had that stoic dexterity as Knight, the berserk intensity as Kaixa, and got a little suit-ACTING in as the Horse Orphenoch, but my favorite stunt role of his is G3/G3-X. For some reason, I can't get enough of G3-X! I love the episode where Itou and Takaiwa have that awesome park battle after the G3-X goes out of control.

I lied though; my favorite is really Yoshifumi Oshikawa. His technique really jives with me and he's so stylish and adaptable, whether he's letting out his rage as Gills, trading blows with Ouja as Zolda, hesitating during battle as Delta, or breaking out the big(ish) guns again as Garren (one of my favorite of his roles). Really, you can't go wrong with any of the JAE stuntmen. They're trained to be the best, and they are.

I won't argue with you there, I think Oshikawa's awesome. By the time I saw him in Ryuki, I knew he was going to be one of the new suit actors to keep an eye on. I said "He's going to be the new Naoki Oofuji." I think it's time for him to get a center role, though. I think he got gypped Zolda (who was always retreating due to illness), Delta (who was always retreating due to cowardice) and Gallen (who had to share the spotlight with every other Rider).

I think Naoki Nagase's also a pretty cool newcomer -- but he needs a bigger role to really show his stuff.

He was X1 Mask, Liveman's Guardnoid Gash (where I first took notice of him), Turboranger's Jinba, Five Black, Black Condor, Mammoth Ranger, Ryuranger, King Ranger, Green Racer, Megaranger's Gireru & Neji Red, Gingaman's Sanbashu & Bullblack, GoGoFive's Jiku and Gao Silver.

I was just amazed when I saw the same guy who played Gash was also Condor and Green Racer...and I think he's the only suit actor other than Kazuo Niibori that was a good Red.

God, he is good then. Ryuuranger and King Ranger were two of the awesomest additions to sentai I can think of.
