Who's Who in Tokusatu?

I think there may have been a thread like this before, but I can't find it. Who is generally considered to be some of the best minds in tokusatsu? The ones everyone goes to for information, knowledgeable, and knows their stuff. Probably someone who knows about everything, then people who are really great in a special type of interest? I know of Augusta Ragone, Lynxara and Igadevil. Who else?

I've always thought of Shougo B'Stard and Igadevil as the two guys who fit this bill that are still around. So I like to bug them with questions every now and then.

The only people I consider worth going to for valid information that isn't just fandom talk are Igadevil and August.
