Just something I was thinking a lot about. Who do you think they will get to be Lanterns of the new spectrum? Here are some of my ideas.
Blue = John Stewart.
I've always liked John's motto of building a better bridge. He embodies hope better than nearly anyone else. Plus I also think he is becoming very disillusioned with the corps at the moment. He has seen what will happen when authority takes over. And he doesnt like the Alpha Lanterns one bit.
Red = I'm thinking Major Force.
He isnt exactly one to be thinking with his head. And his brutality is nothing short of legendary. Perfect match for Rage-Lanterns.
Yellow = Though I doubt that John and Hal would let the Sinestro ring get back on earth again, if it ever does the first person it would search out would be Scarecrow.
I just can't see the ring going after anyone else but the one man who has made it his life to scare the living sh*t out of everyone. Though it would be great to see batman try to goad the ring back to him to get it away from Scarecrow.
Orange = I think this one is pretty easy. I see someone like Lex Luthor wielding it,
but I don't see this "Corp" as being a real corp. I think it will be more like a business, with the most powerful wielders for sorta like a board of directorates. They may have costumes, but only when fighting. Most of them will probably wear business suits or whatever alien outfit is the equivilant.
Violet: The only person I can see being the Violet Lantern, is probably going to be Jean Loring.
She killed people so her husband wouldn't divorce her! Thats love right there.
Indigo:
Indigo is tough. I'm thinking someone along the lines of Valerie Mota.
Someone who stands by a superhero, but doesnt have powers on there own. I just cant think of anyone else honestly.
