Of course, Time Pink is also bad-ass but I haven't watched the whole series to see how bad-ass she was. Waiting for English subbed complete episodes of Timeranger....

I haven't seen enough of Maskman or Kakuranger to know how awesome the heroines are in that (though I can tell from the handful I've seen of Kaku that Tsuruhime is pretty kickass), I'd have to go with Yuri/Time Pink as the most badass. She was the last female Ranger, from what I can tell, that was treated as a leader moreso than the Red in that season. And seeing her track down her target in one of her first focus episodes solidifies how tough she really is.
