Which KR world would you like to be a citizen of?

Okay, so imagine that you are moving out. You have to find a new place to live as a normal everyday person, with job, school etc.
You get the opportunity to choose one of the Rider worlds to stay in. I am talking about the ORIGINAL worlds, not the Decade AU worlds.

Which one of them would you choose? Keep in mind that you have no super powers, you have no connections to the Riders or the villains. You are just the same person as you are in real life, and you might not even get a chance to meet any of the characters.
What are you reasons for choosing the world you wish to live in?

My choice would be Fuuto (Double's world) for various reasons. Fuuto seems like a really nice place to live. It is a big city, but feels a lot like a small-town society where everyone knows everyone.
There seem to be lots of activities going on there to keep you entertained, and many nice places to chill out.

Looking at the safety, Fuuto seems a lot safer than most KR worlds. Unless you are directly involved or know someone who is involved with Gaia Memory, you are pretty safe. You see now random killings like in Kiva’s or Blade’s worlds.
When there are big attacks, they are usually aimed at large attractions, such as the Fuuto Tower. If you stay clear of those, I think that you wouldn't have to worry about anything.

Other than that, the only possible answer I can think of is Kuuga/Agito's world, because in that world there is a chance that I might some day evolve superpowers. Also, the existence of Grongi language would make my linguistics classes a lot more interesting, presuming, in my hypothetical reality, that it functioned like a real language and not a bullshit cypher code.

Really though, most Kamen Rider worlds just aren't very appealing if you're just a normal person, are they? They're generally just like our Earth but with higher probabilities of monster attacks.

Fuuto seems to have the least chance of random people getting merc'd by monsters. Other than that, probably Blade or Faiz, once again lesser chance of getting randomly slaughtered by being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
