Godzilla (1954)
Invasion of the Astro Monster (Godzilla Vs. Monster Zero)
Godzilla Vs. The Sea Monster
Son of Godzilla
Destroy all Monster
Godzilla Vs. Mecha-Godzilla 1
The Entire Hesei series with the Exception of Godzilla Vs. Mothra.
Final Wars.

Also during the Hesei series I can't recommen Vs. Biollante & Vs. Space-Godzilla enough.

PS: Even though it's not Toho, the Heisei Gamera Trilogy. Kaneko really out done himself, which is evident in GMK.

Godzilla (The 1954 original), Godzilla vs. Mothra, and from the newer series only Godzilla X Mechagodzilla! GMK was ok too though.
