Where should I go in Japan?

You should go see this. It's a life sized gundam about 50 feet tall. I forget where it's at though. :laugh:

Tokyo. Which just so happens to be on Emperor's To go list.

Guess that's one extra added bit of motivation!

If only it was a lifesize Sentai mecha... then I'd be willing to sell my soul to the devil to go there.

From the looks of things, looks like we're hitting Shanghai as well as Beijing this year for the China portion of the trip.
Not getting my hopes up for toy shopping here though...

Osaka is good, they have tons of various local-style food that you can endlessly try out for a whole week

Yep, that's where I'm currently planning to go... I want to eat okonomiyaki, takoyaki, and more...

Though how's the toy shopping in Osaka? I don't want to just have a full stomach... I also want my hands full of toys.
