when do you consider a series as being old?

in terms of Rider, sentai, PR, ultraman etc, what do you consider an "old" or "new" series?

I personally consider anything pre-den-O as old now.

Some like to use the term "Classic" and not "old".

I guess for Sentai I'd now call it classic from 1999 to Goranger.
Kamen Rider Classic = KR1 to Agito.

I personally consider anything pre-den-O as old now.

wtf.

I guess Hannah Montana is old now aswell.

Well, hibiki/kabuto was what, 5 years ago? I was still in high school when these were airing lol, I guess it feels like a long time ago to me.

For Kamen Rider, the break is pretty simple: Showa era (Ichigo to Black RX and the movies) and Heisei era (Kuuga onwards). I would consider Kuuga to be new.

For Super Sentai, the break for me would be between Gaoranger and Hurricanger. But that's just because it corresponds to the break between the Saban Era I and the Disney Era Power Rangers. A more appropriate break would be the change between Standard size format and HD size format screens, but I don't remember which series started the new format.

For me, Goranger to GoGoV is considered old for me. Same with Ichigo-RX.

@Forever Knight- Hannah Montana will be considered old when it's not popular anymore, like Lizzie McGuire before it.
