What's with the hate of Kamen Rider Wizard?

I really enjoy Wizard. I really do.

I love watching it as a weekly series, because the two-parter stories can be really good on their own. Most don't do anything for the show as a whole in the long run, and some are just flat-out bad. But I always find the show does something in each arc that progresses the plot ever-so-slightly and allows for everything to stay relevant. Characters (like Nitoh) are gimmicky and I love his character traits. Others (like Haruto) have really subtle character traits that show how good his actor is at portraying the character. There are parts in Wizard that really stand out to me, moreso than the last few seasons did.

I just kind of like how slow-paced the season is... Everything moves by so fast in Tokusatsu shows I find, so it's good to have something slow like Wizard. Most of the drama moments seem to last longer than they did the last few seasons.

Overall, I really like Wizard, especially now that the plot is starting to pick up. I can see why everyone hates it, but I guess Wizard hit me at the right time. I wouldn't be surprised if landed in my top 10.

Also, Infinity finisher is no more lazy than a regular sword slash or gun blast most final forms have, never saw why everyone complained about that.

No Vs. Slow!

There is a big difference between slow paced and no paced.

I understand what you are saying; there IS a big difference. However, I believe that Kamen Rider Wizard is slow-paced. The White Wizard has planned everything to be gradual. It took time for the Magic Stones to appear. The Infinity Ring was too rushed for the White Wizard's liking and Sora was reveling information too quickly for Wiseman's liking. If it was no paced we would never get the Magic Stones.

I tend to disagree, and I think you're being much too forgiving with Wizard. A slow paced - an ANY paced show - would have done much more with the stones than just sort of reveal they exist and drop them into Haruto's lap one by one, which is essentially what they did. I will agree that there WAS something of almost pacing there, almost, but it wasn't followed up on. It wasn't tied into anything. It could have been, but it wasn't. It was just Haruto getting one power up after the other really. We even almost broke out of the victim of the week formula with how well the DragoTime and All Dragon arcs flowed into each other! ... But Haruto has used All Dragon all of once since then, and neither add much of anything to the overall plot.

That may be true, but we received Sora and we learned that Wiseman and the White Wizard are one in the same due to those Magical Stones arcs.

That is true!!!!!! They did flow into each other well, I am just happy that Shiho did not stick around.

But Haruto has used All Dragon all of once since then, and neither add much of anything to the overall plot.

Phoenix died thanks to All Dragon and Sora has taken over! Gigantes also died.

There was no foreshadowing at all about anything going on now.

The White Wizard's Clues.

Are you typing about the White Wizard being evil? There were clues! When he first appeared in Haurto's flashback, there were black pedals falling from the sky. His belt is dark red and Haruto's is yellow. (He may be able to control the Mage belts. Nevertheless, dark red is still a token evil color). His WizardDriver says "Now" instead of "Please", politeness wins.

Or, are you typing about how Koyomi is Feuki's daughter? We are not supposed to know that information. Life is like that too.

EDIT: Changed "red" to "dark red" to help my point.

I hope you realize how incredibly stupid that comment is without me having to point it out. I won't even address the rest, but that needs to be pointed out to you.

In any case, if you want to look at how a show with pacing is done, look at a show like Kuuga or Ryuki or one of the earlier shows. They had episodes and plots that were constantly moving and flowing into each other, always adding SOMETHING to the overall - with Wizard, you could subtract 90% of what we have up to now, keep the "core" stuff such as Haruto getting his power ups and so on, and we'd be missing absolutely nothing. That is rarely the case with a show and it's a huge problem with Wizard.
