This is certainly not an "old" show. It looks vaguely "retro", but this is not old. The costume construction is a bit amateurish (but I like the design). The spread has a notice under the title saying that this is a "HB Tokusatsu Special" -- it's some kind of television special (one-shot movie, episode or something). Or it's an amateur film and they did a mock TV Magazine-style layout for snorts and giggles -- there is no copyright notice on either page.
