No!, because KR didn't invent this concept . the idea is seen mostly in cartoons and is often called hammerspace(after the cliche of pulling a giant hammer out of nowhere

IIRC, Kiva's belt (not Kivat) just suddenly appears without any special effects, if they did it like how Agito did it, it would have been fine, but they didn't, so we are left wondering how he got the belt on. Faiz pulled-off the Rider wearing the belt scene, and it even had a briefcase to keep the whole gear, but that is for technological-type Riders.

It also showed in episode 2 or 3...or 4...I forget.

And no I have no problems with the Double Driver. It looks like a prototype. Granted, a more advanced prototype than the Skull Driver, but a prototype nontheless.

No, the belt appears when Kivat bites Wataru. Chains appear around his waist and become the belt.
