Ohhhh.....:disappoin

i was hoping it'd be Voltron Force Voltron.....

Anyways, I hope they come out with a diecast metal Voltron Force Voltron or an HQ Plastic one like the BOJ toys for Sentai.

Wtih the latest episode detailing some new Lion, maybe it'll lead to a GekiTouja like Voltron for those kids. Or maybe Albegas since it was never used.

or even a fully transformable one that looks good, id buy that in a heart beat

Maybe they'll introduce three new lions with one of them being a white one.

Actually, Mattel is doing a diecast Voltron. They're selling each lion individually. Each one is going to have lots of stuff, and have a build-a-figure type piece of the blazing sword. When combined, Voltron will be 3 feet tall. Initially they will be a Matty Collector exclusive, but they said they want to get them into stores, eventually.

I'm thinking the kids will eventually pilot Albegas. There are 3 of them, after all.

Any indication of a Voltron that is normal sized like the others?

I hope they release each lion besides the black lion with the black lion's torso , but in their color in addition to the normal body. That way the Voltron Force Voltron would be like the show.

I'm wondering if WEP has the rights to it still. That'd be sweet they'd feature Albegas in future eps and with a good reaction would release the original anime version. Maybe as a Voltron of Arus' Moon or Earth . The main reason why those pilots aren't present in the show could be they were killed off or they were ancient?

I just can't see any of the three kids getting the lions of the Lion Voltron because they don't show any promise whatsoever. Having another Voltron for them would be better, to find their own legacies.

Unless Mattel cheaps out on the lions, the alternate versions of the other 4 should be entirely different molds. Red lion had a completely different chest piece and wings. I hope each one comes with a replacement black lion. It would be pretty awesome to do an entirely black Voltron.

From what I understand, they do still own the rights to use Albegas as a Voltron. I don't expect them to consider the original anime if they use it, though. They would likely take the opportunity to make up entirely new fiction.

If you recall, in the pilot, Allura made a comment that she wasn't really sure what their purpose is, yet. She just knows they have something to do with Voltron.

Ah... So when the other lions form the body, we now see a different weapon... Red with the guns/blasters, and just recently yellow with wrecking balls.

....Yeah, I REALLY need to catch up now. XD
