It's better to get your product torn apart and ripped to shreds by critics early as possible so you can produce the most kick@$$ material in the end. Believe me, I rather have people tear at my project 25 some odd times or more, in order to perfect the Final Product.

If you're any kind of "online filmmaker," you'd be more than used to getting comments like this, trust me. He was just being honest with you. Why beat around the bush? Would you rather be lied to and continue doing things poorly?

To the both of you who misinterpreted me: duh. Like I said, I'm used to it. My most recent film, The Crow: From Lust to Dust, was one of the most hated fanfilms OF ALL TIME. EVERYONE thought it sucked. It took me nearly a week of sorting through idiotic and asshole comments (along the lines of "I give it a D" or "If you're any kind of online filmmaker...") to find any tips I could use for my next project. I just wanted to give a tip so that, in the future, if he wanted to give someone constructive criticism without making them angry, he should do it differently.

I know this is the internet, but if you want to actually help someone, pissing them off isn't going to do jack ****. Again, duh.

Rapidshare is now saying the document contains no data. I'm starting to think there's no way I can get this up anywhere. Apparently, that might be a good thing. Whatever.

Again, BEING AN ASSHOLE DOES NOT GET PEOPLE TO LISTEN TO YOUR OPINIONS. For a board that spends half their time bitching about PA and Rangerboard, I would think people here would at least grasp that concept. But that might be too much to ask on the internet.

I don't think you are. If you were, you wouldn't be calling FreedomR8G6B1's straightforward (yet perfectly honest) comments rude and idiotic (like "duh"), and you wouldn't be calling me an asshole. Some people don't like to go through the whole "well, it was really pretty okay good at times sort of, but you need to...". Some people like to just say "Wow, it sucked, is that the best you can do?" I know that would be good motivation for me. Take a Midol and then ask for advice again.
