US Shipping Restrictions

That's rather unusual, because toy guns are most definitely not restricted here.

Definitely wrong; toy guns without the requisite blaze orange paint around the end of the barrel are restricted. I only need to point to the fiasco that was the Transformers: Masterpiece Megatron or nerf-gun Classics Megatron; then there are the airsoft guns with the orange plugs too. :disappoin

You shouldn't have a problem with the Delta Driver itself since it's a two piece unit; if it's not boxed up, just pack it so that the two individual pieces are not connected together. On the customs form just declare it as a model toy or action figure (something along these lines).

Shipping method shouldn't method; at least in theory everything coming into a country is subject to random inspection regardless of the delivery method.

I say use a different method of shipping, GekiViolet. A Kaixa drive is not restricted.

They are all restricted in general to having the orange paint on all their muzzles; the paint is the restriction being imposed on the toys.

Shipping method shouldn't matter either.

You couldn't pull off a Delta driver as real gun anyway. It's no different from the toy guns you come across at Toys R Us.

Just box it and say it's a toy and don't show it has a gun. Same with the delta belt. They don't ask a lot of questions.

ok i'll try that. but i'm worried if they'll gonna open it and look at the contents. and when they found out, they'll return it to me.

I've shipped different types of Sentai and PR toys within the states and to other countries. None of mine have ever been opened for inspection. I did, however, received a box of 10 Dino Thunder figures once that the USPS customs opened. It was sent from the Philippines.

If you can, just get a hold of a USPS digital scale (you can buy them for 15$ at the Post Office). Weigh it then print our labels out. If it's being shipped out of the country you will feel out an online customs form and you will check if it's hazardous or not.. stuff like that. Package it, stick the labels on and drop it off at the USPS or whatever delivery company you will use. 9 times out of 10 it won't ever be opened.
