I feel like I'd understand a lot more of this if i'd actually watched past episode 5 or so of ginga, but meh, it was dull, and not subbed, so.... Did they ever find out where ginga came from, and why the other ultra had never heard of him?

So, the Ultra are giant being who have symbiotic inks to a human right? Do they ever talk or anything, because ginga victory seem to be fully the human in control, but I'm sure I remember something about zero talking to his human host. Also, what is the "underworld"/victorium? Is that a new thing for victory, or has it been around longer?
