It's probably better in the ones that allow less cleavage. I work in an NHS hospital and most of the nurses there are middle-aged with saddlebags :sweat: I'm only the night receptionist though, perhaps the "hot" ones work during the day?

Let's just leave the "Hot Nurse" idea alone and not bring reality into the whole concept :laugh:
