V3's (if you consider those scarves) were white
Riderman's is yellow
X-Rider's is black with a yellow stripe & a red "X"
Amazon & Stronger's are white
ZX's is green
Another Agito (again, if you consider those scarves) are orange
Skyrider's is red, but sometimes has black dots, if you want to count that...
And for what it's worth, the Shocker Riders (evil Rider 1 rip-offs) have had Blue, Green, Purple & Pink (along with Yellow & White.) And don't laugh at Pinkie- he kicked ass with the rest of them! :laugh:

Riderman uses his helmet (though
Kamen Rider Spirits shows that his belt does have four small typhoons in it. This was used from an idea Ishinomori designed but they never put to use on the actual costume, where it's just four little red dots on his belt.)
Amazon...just sort of does it, neither his belt nor the GiGi Bracelet (technically) made him transform.
Shin also just sort of does it too. But man does it look painful!

J has a belt buckle before he transforms...I don't know if you want to count that.
G3/G3-X of course. I don't know if wearing the helmet mattered that much or not, since he was still putting up a fight in
Project G4 unmasked (but that might be because he's naturally stronger because of the suit's cybernetics...sort of like Rider 1 & 2's unmasked fight in
THE FIRST.)
Hibiki, and basically everbody from his show & movie. Tuning forks, whistles, bracelets...more tuning forks...
And Zabii, who looks like he still wears an empty belt anyway!
