Totally Shi..err..Spies Movie?

Global hit TV show Totally Spies is poised to come to the bigscreen in a $7 million movie, with sales agent Daniel Marquet touting a script of the new pre-production project to buyers in Cannes last week, reports Variety.

The storyline for the movie will recount the back story of the high-school girl spies, said show producer Vincent Chalvon-Demersay.

"It will show how they met and how they got to become spies, something that has never been touched on in the series," he said.

There not even being original either, the whole "origin" deal was done in box office flops like the PPG film. Prequels don't bring the bucks, films that advance a format's dynamic do.

Oh no! Not this **** again. I swear, if this film was to be made into a live-action one, I'm going to say that even Mean Girls was a better movie than that.

And if the rumours of turning this into live-action are true once the company press release the news, I expect to see a proper British actor playing as a proper Totally Spies' boss with a proper English (likely to be in a Cockney accent, since Brummie, Scouse, Geordie, Mancunian, Yorkshire and this one I would like to call 'Snobby Essex' accents, since these are sometimes hard to understand for non-UK people) accent and not some pathetic American actor doing an obviously fake 'British' accent.
