You need to see Season 1 of Torchwood before you get to Season 3 of Doctor Who anyway. You should also wait until you've seen Season 3 of Doctor Who before you start on Season 2 of Torchwood.

I seriously gotta say I'm fucking loving this series right now. It's like CSI meets Doctor Who meets Angel.

Captain Jack is bloody fucking brilliant. I missed this dude since season 1 Who's finale.

I hope The Doctor makes some cameos in this atleast once or twice.

Also, when can I expect Spike to show up?.

Actually he'll be in the final ep. So the whole hype of he'll be around for several eps was a complete let down since it turned out to be a grand total of two eps - the first and last.
