Japanese women where recently polled to what would be the most undesirable things they could discover in a Single mans room.:

#10 - Large Stuffed Toy's
#9 - Kid's Anime DVD's and Merch.
#8 - Women's magazines
#7 - Framed Photo's of themselves
#6 - Doll's
#5 - Knitting Kit
#4 - Lacy or Flower patterned anything
#3 - Anything depicting characters with Cat or Rabbit ears (Nekomimi/Usamimi)
#2 - Idol Posters
#1 - Moe Anime DVD's and Merch.

So anything Moe or other wise "Kawaii" is right out.
As with anything girly, But your fine if your a Smoker it seems.
