wow... so he lived in switzerland for 6 years as a kid?! cool :3.... i think his accent sounds better than this girl i met in jpn from sweden......at times i was like.. i don't understand your english...talk in jpn XD ... unfortunately.. her jpn wasn't that good either >_>

oh and odagiri joe! from kuuga! .... he went to college in america. so i'm sure he knows how to speak english rite? XD

Actually, Kei Horie does claim to be fluent in English, which is why they ended up having Gaku spout some odd phrases.

I've also read that Hiroko Nishimoto (Change Mermaid) and Chiaki Horan (Magi's Nai) can speak English.

I'm sure Sayoko Hagiwara (Dyna Pink/Neferu) can speak some, since she lived in America for a while. And probably Joe Odagiri, since he studied for a couple of years in America.
 
Hiroshi Fujioka (Takeshi Hongou, the first Masked Rider) speaks very impressive English. Out of memory, I read that he has a dual citizenship in the US!

Tetsu Nakamura (AKA: Satoshi Nakamura), who's been in many classic tokusatsu eiga (including The Manster and Mothra), speaks great English, and helped out his fellow actors in English-speaking roles.

The late Jerry Ito (who played the villain Nelson in Mothra) also spoke great English (he's also a famous singer in Japan).

That's just a few I can list off the top of my head.
