Some major info has been coming in about the show, first of all..Fast Forward's last few episodes were leaked on Youtube. Get them here.

The second is that the next season of TMNT, said to return the Turtles to the present day, had to have two concepts pitched due to Peter Laird turning down the proposed original, which is said to have been...a Yu-Gi-Oh style card-based series

No wonder Peter Laird turned it down. Turtles and Yu-Gi-Oh cards? WTF is up with that ****? Dont give the turtles fucking cards. They're fucking ninjas
 
So they're going back to the present. Yay.

I really didn't care for Fast Forward. Not saying that it sucked, I just didn't care for it.

Oh you have got to be kidding me. How dumb can they get? Is there any word if this is a continuation of the 2K universe or is it another reboot?

Which reminds me.. I recently bought the Michaelangelo figure from the recent movie toyline. Now that's how you make a toy. Those figures are awesome.

The most persistent confirmation from guys like Dan Berger and Steve Murphy is that it will follow the tone of the recent movie, but will remain in the same continuity.
 
I really want to know how they planned to do this card battle thing. The idea's just so completely insane, that I just have to find out. XD

They already did. Lost season had her pair up with Chaplin and concentrate on having a life of her own rather than pursue a grudge. It was'nt officially stated she'd give up on the Turtles, but it's implied strongly the plotline is over.
