I'm not sure if you want to count it, but Flashman had a recurring time-travel element. The scientist character Tokimura invented a time-machine so he could go back 20 years ago to find out the events of his child's kidnapping, actually playing a pretty important role at times.
There's numerous others if you count singular episodes, too.
Why not King? JP-00X-1/Z226 and Lucifer Bit (when Lucifer call his Giga Max, he call it from future) came from future to the present, and the Baron Kageyama/Z901. If timeranger is in the list, Cybercop have too. Juspion don't enter. Juspion came from another planet only. :198:
Godzilla Vs. King Ghidorah is the only Godzilla film with time travel.
But still, I personally think it was paradoxal and handled poorly (and complicated the "Versus Series" ["Heisei Series"] of Godzilla films into a Byzantine mess, especially since Godzilla becomes 100 meters tall here).
That's Dai Kaiju though. If we were to get into the monster films I'm sure there would be scads, but I think this was just limited to like sentai and KR and stuff.
